“We spent 8 days here for our honeymoon. First of all, this resort truly has both a beautiful lagoon and an amazing underwater environment. We were lucky enough to see a sea turtle from our water villa, and we really enjoyed the variety of excursions available. The house reef tour organized by the diving center was so incredible that it became one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. The rooms were also excellent. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room was cleaned thoroughly twice a day. We were very satisfied with everything about the accommodation, including the room size, the bathroom layout, and the overall design and comfort of the space. The staff at the diving center, reception, Breeze Bar (especially Suresh), and the spa were all exceptionally kind and welcoming. Despite all of these positive experiences, we would still like to share a few points of disappointment in the hope that they can help the resort continue to improve. 1. Friendliness of the Staff Most of the hotel staff were friendly. However, it often felt like they were constantly trying to upsell us, which made us uncomfortable. In particular, we were disappointed by the confusion surrounding the romantic beach dinner. We had already been informed through our travel agency that a honeymoon dinner on the beach was included as part of our honeymoon benefits. However, the hotel initially arranged it at the Sea Salt restaurant instead, and then a staff member approached us trying to sell the beach dinner separately. It seemed like there was some miscommunication, so we explained that our honeymoon dinner had been set up on the restaurant terrace instead of the beach and contacted our travel agency to clarify the situation. Only after that did they arrange our dinner on the beach. But even then, they tried to upsell us again by saying that, as an “enhancement,” they could decorate it more beautifully if we paid an additional $100. (At that point, it really felt like everything was being treated as a sales opportunity.) What made us especially uncomfortable was during the honeymoon dinner when our server repeatedly encouraged us to upgrade to premium wine for an extra charge. We politely declined and asked for the regular wine included in our all-inclusive package, but despite our refusal, the server continued trying to persuade us to purchase the premium option. When we explained that we probably wouldn’t even finish one bottle, the server suggested that we could just take it back to our room and drink it later. We believe the staff would benefit from additional training regarding guest experience and sales approach. One of the main reasons guests choose an all-inclusive plan is to enjoy their stay without worrying about extra spending while on the island. Constant upselling creates unnecessary pressure and takes away from the relaxing and carefree experience guests are expecting. 2.Food Before coming here, we understood that there would be both the Sea Salt Restaurant and the Aqua Restaurant available. However, because it was the low season, Aqua Restaurant was closed and only Sea Salt Restaurant was operating. Having to eat all three meals at the same restaurant for all eight days was quite difficult. We expected the menu to at least change regularly, but breakfast was exactly the same every day, and lunch and dinner also lacked variety. By around the fifth day, we were so tired of the food that it actually started to upset our stomachs. There were even a few times when we skipped breakfast or lunch altogether. On our last day during check-out, a staff member asked if we wanted to stay for lunch before leaving, but we chose not to eat our final meal on the island. We understand that operating only one restaurant during the low season may be unavoidable. However, if only one restaurant is open, the number of menu options and overall variety should be increased significantly—at least double what is currently offered. Nevertheless, we would like to thank the resort once again for giving us such beautiful memories.”

“Tengo que poner 5 estrellas en todo porque si hablo de la habitación he de decir que todo perfecto, baño precioso, habitación con buena cama y buen tamaño, terraza privada, playa casi privada. Si entro en el tema del servicio solo puedo hablar bien de ello, ya que todos y cada uno de los integrantes del equipo del hotel te hacen sentir como la persona mas especial. Te tratan de 10 desde que te bajas del avión hasta que te subes de vuelta. Todo el personal es extremadamente amable y todos están pendientes de ti en todo momento. La ubicación es magnífica, el hotel esta situado en el atolón sur y la verdad que hemos gozado de un tiempo bastante bueno durante la estancia que ha sido del 5 al 12 de junio. Mientras veíamos que habia muchas nubes a nuestro alrededor, donde se encuentra el hotel solo hemos tenido una ligera lluvia durante una hora un dia en concreto.
