Palazzo Cordusio Gran Meliá

Culture & Essence

An elegant take on history

The former headquarters of Assicurazioni Generali, where this hotel is located, were designed in the 19th century by the famous architect Luca Beltrami, who designed the Piazza La Scala and the restoration of the Castello Sforzesco. Following the arrival of the first Gran Meliá in Milan, the splendour of its façade has been restored, maintaining its eclectic flair and elegant reliefs, such as the lion of San Marco and the niche with the allegorical mosaic of Providence.
