“I stayed at the Melia Hotel Düsseldorf for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and modernly decorated. Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay. To reduce waste, the hotel does not provide amenities such as a razor or toothbrush in the room by default, but they are available upon request. The only downside was that some areas of the shower tiles could have been cleaner. In addition, the TV channel selection needs improvement, as many channels had sound but no video. The breakfast area was clean and elegant, and the food was fresh and enjoyable. There was a good variety of options, including jams, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, fruit salad, cheeses, eggs, pancakes, and cakes/desserts. The reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.”See more reviews

“Sehr schönes Hotel, Altstadt und Shoppingmeile fußläufig zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Hatten im Melia Medienhafen gebucht, keine Klimaanlage dort in den Zimmern. Umgebucht zu den gleichen Konditionen. Das war echt super.!!!”

“Insgesamt hat mich das Meliá Düsseldorf positiv überrascht. Es handelt sich um ein klassisches Business-Hotel mit einer eher zurückhaltenden, in Grau- und Hellbrauntönen gehaltenen Zimmergestaltung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage direkt am Hofgarten, von dem aus die Königsallee in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Mein Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen bot einen sehr schönen Blick über die Stadt und beinhaltete den Zugang zur Level Lounge, die mich positiv überrascht hat. Dort wurden unter anderem à la carte zubereitete Eggs Benedict serviert, die qualitativ herausragend waren. Ergänzend gab es ein kleines Buffet sowie eine gute Auswahl an Getränken. Sehr positiv aufgefallen ist die Liebe zum Detail im Zimmer, ein Sleeping Kit mit Augenmaske und Ohrstöpseln lag bereits bereit, ebenso hochwertig wirkende Hausschuhe. Das Badezimmer war gut ausgestattet und verfügte sowohl über Dusche als auch Badewanne. Die Pflegeprodukte aus der Serie Rituals of Jing (Green Line) waren dezent und angenehm duftend. Ebenfalls vorhanden war eine Nespresso-Maschine mit Illy-Kapseln, allerdings ausschließlich in der entkoffeinierten Variante. Der Wellnessbereich umfasst eine Sauna; ein Pool ist nicht vorhanden. Das Parken kostet 35 Euro pro Tag. Der Check-in war freundlich, jedoch mit wenig proaktiven Informationen zum Hotel. Auch das Housekeeping war am Nachmittag nur schwer erreichbar. Positiv hervorzuheben ist hingegen der sehr persönliche und ausgesprochen freundliche Kontakt mit Laura Kamperhoff, der den Aufenthalt deutlich aufgewertet hat. Statusgäste erhalten erkennbar zusätzliche Aufmerksamkeit.”See more reviews

“Meine Bekannte und ich haben nach der Rollnacht im Melia Düsseldorf übernachtet, da die Lage für uns einfach ideal war. Wir hatten einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Team an der Rezeption. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wurde sehr nett empfangen und hatte direkt das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Gerade nach einem langen Abend macht das einen echten Unterschied. Auch sonst hat alles gepasst: sauberes Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Lage.
