“Ich habe aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in meiner Wohnung insgesamt sieben Wochen im INNSiDE by Meliá Düsseldorf Seestern gewohnt. Der Anlass war natürlich kein schöner, aber das Hotel hat es mir wirklich leicht gemacht, mich dort wohlzufühlen. Mit der Zeit hat es sich fast wie ein kleines Zuhause auf Zeit angefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich – man merkt einfach, dass hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Ganz besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Conny aus dem Frühstücksbereich. Auch wenn ich nicht jeden Morgen beim Frühstück war, hat sie mich immer so warm empfangen und mit ihrer freundlichen Ausstrahlung und herzlichen Art dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich sofort willkommen gefühlt habe! Das hat meinen Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. 💐 Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese schöne Zeit. Ich werde meinen Aufenthalt bei euch definitiv in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten und kann das Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. ❤️”See more reviews

“Nutze das Innside für Geschäftsreisen aufgrund der Lage. Das Design des Hotels ist zwiespältig. Ich finde es sehr chic, Andere fühlen sich eher an ein Gefängnis erinnert. Leider sind die Zimmer mittlerweile deutlich abgenutzt, und oftmals finden sich Defekte. Das Frühstück ist gut, der Service immer sehr freundlich.”See more reviews
