We stayed here for a week and it was perfect. The staff were super attentive, especially after a little hiccup at the beginning. We were looked after by Ali who is incredibly professional and an expert in customer service. In general we were impressed with the staff throughout the resort. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay super special. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the many dining options. A special shout out to the Tamu Restaurant - the friendly waitress who looked after us that night was an absolute star. She even did a little photo shoot with us in the restaurant. The food at Tamu was outstanding, my favourite of all the restaurants. Well done to the chef! Most of the live music entertainment was great, we enjoyed the fact that there was no "forced" animation, it was super relaxing. Probably due to the time of year, we particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet - not sure what it's like in high season. The gym is perfect and has everything you need. The SPA treatments are divine. We loved the service we received - facial, couple's massage & salt bath. It was just perfect. Gabi beach is an absolute delight, especially at high tide. We appreciated the fact that there are security guards, which means no one comes up to you trying to sell you anything. We went into the village and loved seeing the locals and their shops. It is great to see a hotel like the Melia working with the locals and helping the community in this and many other ways. The sea view bungalows are an absolute delight and were the best part of our stay. We loved the sunrise views and the fact that we had more privacy. One more thing about the staff: we salute you and your professionalism, even with sometimes rude and insensitive tourists. We can only imagine how difficult it must be and we won't forget your kindness. Asante Sana!

The hotel has a potential but there are rooms for improvement. Both my wife and I stayed at Melia Vinpearl for 6 nights with 2 different room configurations. Melia Pearl Nha Trang most appealing feature for us was their breakfast offering - very rich and lot of quality food choices for a good morning start. In addition, the staff is dynamite; both at the front desk and all around the facility. We always felt welcome during the entire stay and noticed that every single staff member went out his or her way to be resourceful. However, we felt there were a few short comings that prevented us to consider Melia Vinpearl Nha Trang as a truly 5-star hotel: no furniture on the patio rendered it useless if one wants to enjoy the patio, difficult to use worn electrical outlets especially for US outlet receptacles and little details like out of battery weight scale and safety box. Our overall general impression of the equipment and furniture in the room was a bit dated and under maintained resulting in frustrations at time when they did not work as intended. I would rate the hotel as a 3-star facility based on our latest stay and consider stay here next time assuming hotel management making an attempt to improve some of the mentioned shortcomings.

Attention aux photos, toutes les chambres ne sont pas dans le petit bâtiment de 2 étages tout mignon vers la piscine. L'hôtel, c'est aussi un immeuble de 8 étages de 320 chambres. Chambre très propre mais vétuste. Restaurant correct. Mini plage de sable mais surtout de galets donc difficile de se baigner. Hôtel loin de tout, location de voiture quasi obligatoire.
