Honest feedback about this place: great location, outdated hotel, WiFi is terrible, room service food not good at all. The steam room and sauna are great but the rooms and this hotel isn’t great. Also, the staff’s service level is a 5 on the very high end (this is a 1-10 scale). Overall, it’s an ok place to stay if there’s really nothing else available. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve stayed but I’m definitely not recommending this place. The hotel is truly outdated. They use actual insert room keys, no RFID readers. The rooms and elevators don’t read your key well, so be prepared to get frustrated getting into your room or accessing the elevators. The redeeming parts about the place is that the hotel is in a great location, there’s a lot of great restaurants around, the pool, sauna and steam room are surprisingly great and the area is very safe. Outside of that, I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here, and I have no plans to stay at this place ever again. This isn’t a place I’d rip, it’s just not a place worth the money and it completely lacks quality or modernness.

Atendimento amistoso, funcionários gentis e atenciosos. Quarto bem limpo, organizado, confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Ótima localização, em frente ao metrô Consolação. Muito próximo a centros culturais e boas lojas e restaurantes.
