“Great stay here. It’s within a walkable distance to Toptani and other great spots close to the city center. Complimentary breakfast spread was great. Only downside is we were told to pay city tax upon check out. That was odd, we didn’t expect to pay any additional fees as we had paid in full while booking.”

“NON fate il Relax Massage. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nell’Hotel Elisa, viaggio vacanza per due, abbiamo usufruito della spa che era molto piacevole. Successivamente abbiamo fatto due massaggi che definiscono ‘Relax’ quanto in realtà ci hanno rovinato la vacanza. È stata più una seduta dall’osteopata che altro. Non fatelo assolutamente. La receptionist molto antipatica, le avevo chiesto di sistemare il phone in camera (non si accendeva) e mi ha guardato in malo modo i capelli dicendomi che non potevano farci niente. In sintesi non ti risolvono il problema ma ti prendono in giro. Per il resto ok. Solo ‘ok’ .”

“We had a wonderful room on the 7th floor with mountain and city views. The staff were helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very spacious. Despite being on a main road, it was also very quiet. We didn’t use any of the spa facilities or the restaurant as we were out on day tours most of the time we were there, but the whole hotel was clean and relatively modern. The location was great, very convenient to everything.”

“Wir waren leider enttäuscht. Unser Zimmer war an vielen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche komplett verkalkt und verschimmelt, die Lüftung defekt. Leider ist nichts passiert, obwohl wir uns beschwert haben. Ansonsten war das Zimmer ok. Der Service war schlecht. Das gesamte Team war unfreundlich! Der Spa war ok, leider waren keine Bademäntel auf den Zimmern. Leider wird die Tür zur Umkleide und zum Massageraum so geöffnet, dass einen jeder halbnackt sehen kann. Das ist ungünstig. Beim Check in wurden wir nicht auf die täglichen Parkkosten sowie die City Tax aufmerksam gemacht, so kam es zur bösen Überraschung beim Check out. Es war ok, aber wir würden nicht nochmal wiederkommen.”
