“We stayed at Hotel Elisa Tirana from September 9 to 11, 2026, and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was modern and clean, and the housekeeping team kept it looking lovely throughout our stay. The bar staff were wonderful and always brought us ice when we asked. The valet was attentive, too, making sure we were taken care of whenever we left the hotel. The location was convenient, about an eight-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. We enjoyed getting to know the neighborhood and exploring the surrounding shops. The brightest star of our stay was Klea at the front desk. She greeted us with the kindest smile and was helpful from our first meeting. When our credit card wasn’t working in Albania and we had trouble making the payment, she told us not to worry and that we could sort it out later. We didn’t expect that kindness, and it meant a great deal to us. Every time we saw Klea, we had a wonderful conversation. She took the time to talk with us and share her stories, making our stay feel personal. She is a great asset to the hotel. We would happily stay again and check in on her while we’re there :)”See more reviews
