“Fui con mi pareja por 5 días en red level y nos encantó todo una maravilla la atención en recepción un 100 de 100 muy amables te explican todo muy bien la limpieza del hotel y habitación excelente la comida maravillosa y el atendimiento fenomenal volveremos otra ves muchísimas gracias por todo sigan así de maravilloso y todo el personal tanto muy amable y atento”

“Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l hotel en demi pension (juste le petit dej), la chambre est tres bien, avec 2 lit simple (on aurait preferer un lit double, ce que l onnavait demander) pas les plus confortables que l on a connu mais ca va . 1 petit salon avec un canapé tres agreable une grande tele que nous n avons pas utilisée .la lampe du salon est a 1 m 50 de hauteur , nous nous la sommes taper un nombres de fois incalculable . Le frigo est peu etre un peu petit en hauteur difficile de mettre plus de 2 bouteille d eau 1 litre. Nous etions au premier étage avec un grand balcon donnant sur la terrasse des transat commum , pour la discretion il y a mieux ... heureusement que nous y etions hors saison, les etages du dessus on de plus petit balcon , du coup c est avec plaisir que nous retrouvions sur la terrasse divers détritus venant du dessus megot de cigarette , nourriture , emballage ... l'éducation de certaine personne.nous avons aussi eu la mauvais surprise de voir un insecte mort ressemblant fortement a un cafard. Le buffet du petit dejeuner est tres bien et tres copieu ,bon pas de cafe en grain que de l instantané , jaime pas ca . Heureusement que nous etions hors saison ca doit etre la jungle . Petit amussement du matin , une file d attente se crée pour acceder a la pisicne apartir de 8h30 pour se depecher d'aller poser leurs serviette . Pour info la plage est geante avec surement plus 100 transat avec de tres nombreux parasol . La piscine est tres agreable avec une faible profondeur 1m5 au max . Mais tres agreable , un service de boisson est disponbile a la piscine est tres agreable . Un bon sejour , je recommande surtout hors saison .”

“Our stay at Hotel Palacio de Isora was fantastic. It is a spectacular hotel, both for its facilities and location, as well as for the atmosphere, tranquility, and quality of service. Everything is carefully looked after, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. However, we would especially like to highlight the service provided by Beatriz Vega from the Oasis Restaurant. Beatriz was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay, always friendly, warm, and highly professional. She was constantly attentive to every detail, making sure everything was perfect and always doing so with a smile. Her service made every meal even more enjoyable. People like Beatriz are what truly make a difference to a hotel experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication deserve special recognition and appreciation. Without a doubt, this is an experience we will remember fondly, and a hotel we will definitely return to. Thank you to the entire Hotel Palacio de Isora team and, especially, to Beatriz Vega for making our stay even more special.”

“⭐ Wonderful staff who turned our stay around We stayed at Meliá Jardines del Teide during our honeymoon, and overall our experience was very positive — largely thanks to the wonderful staff. They say that the front desk sets the standard for how guests are welcomed and treated, and unfortunately, our first impression was not the best. When we arrived, we were assisted by Monica at the front desk. I explained several times that I do not speak Spanish and that I speak English. Monica actually spoke excellent English, but continued speaking Spanish to me throughout our stay, including when we checked out. Perhaps she was simply having a difficult day, and we don’t want to judge her personally, but it unfortunately made us feel less welcomed than we would have expected. We were also initially given a room at the very bottom of the hotel, directly in front of the large waste containers. Our “view” was essentially the garbage bins, and unfortunately, there was also a noticeable smell coming from the area. This was not what we had expected when staying at a hotel like this. We went back to reception to explain the situation, and this is where our experience completely changed. The team working at reception at that time was absolutely wonderful. They were warm, welcoming, professional and had such a great energy. Honestly, we wished we had met this team when we first arrived. They immediately understood our concerns and arranged another room for us, which was beautiful and much more enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the Guest Relations Manager, who I believe was called Silvia. She was an absolute star. ⭐ We had a lovely conversation with her, and when she found out that we were celebrating our honeymoon, she went above and beyond and surprised us with champagne and dessert in our room. That was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel special. The pool staff also deserve a huge mention. They were an incredibly kind, friendly and professional team, and every interaction with them was lovely. In fact, I would say that the staff are one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. Their professionalism, kindness and positive energy genuinely elevate the overall experience and, in my opinion, make the hotel feel several stars better. Despite the disappointing start, the wonderful staff completely changed our experience and left us with a very positive impression of the hotel. We actually wished we had extended our stay for several more days. A very special thank you to the reception team, the pool staff and especially Silvia for making our honeymoon feel special. ❤️ The people working here truly make the difference.”
