Отель с красивым ремонтом, роскошными номерами, и очень гостеприимным персоналом. Хочу отметить рестораны и бары в отеле, Все очень вкусно и разнообразно, Каждый вечер там проводились Разнообразные ужины, Всё очень качественно и вкусно. “Witam. Przebywałem w Sol Nessebar Palace od 12.09. Pokój otrzymałem wcześniej niż zakłada to regulamin doby hotelowej. Wszystko to za sprawą miłej obsługi którą można spotkać w całym hotelu. Pokój rodzinny Family room godny uwagi. Duży, przestronny zapewniający komfort. Dostrzec można było "ząb czasu" lub można byłoby mieć niewielkie zastrzeżenia do jakości wyposażenia łazienki, ale widok z dużego balkonu rekompensował wszystko. Na ogromny plus zasługuje restauracja hotelu. Ilość i obfitość dań jest imponująca, a co najważniejsze jakość wysoka. Nie ma możliwości, aby być choć na chwilę głodnym z uwagi na aktywne dodatkowe punkty gastronomiczne na terenie kompleksu w zależności od godzin otwarcia. Drinki całkiem spoko, bar przy basenie sprawnie obsługiwany. Woda w basenie nie jest podgrzewana, ale do tego można przywyknąć. Atrakcje dla dzieci w dużej ilości w formie zjeżdżalni, brodzików i domu z animacjami. Na co jeszcze można liczyć to atrakcje wieczorne, animacje, sztuka cyrkowa, akrobatyka. Naprawdę organizatorzy ogarniają to po mistrzowsku. Gdybym jeszcze miał wrócić do Bułgarii w okolice Nessebaru to nie szukałabym innego hotelu. Polecam!”See hotel

“Generalnie, oceniając stosunek ceny do jakości, jest to naprawdę dobry hotel. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje przepyszne jedzenie i bardzo szeroki wybór, również dla dzieci. Dla najmłodszych dostępne są nawet gotowe słoiczki, co szczególnie doceniam jako rodzic. Hotel położony jest nieco na uboczu, jednak bez problemu można zamówić taksówkę i wybrać się do miasta. Pokoje były czyste i regularnie sprzątane. Obsługa sprzątająca zdecydowanie na 5+ – chyba najmilsze osoby z całego personelu, jakie spotkaliśmy podczas pobytu. :) Ogólnie część pracowników mogłaby trochę popracować nad uśmiechem i podejściem do gości, bo w hotelarstwie ma to duże znaczenie. Nie zawsze czuliśmy tutaj tę serdeczność. Ogromnym plusem jest położenie hotelu bezpośrednio przy plaży. Dostępne są tam przekąski, przepyszne kanapki panini i bardzo dobre lody. Panie obsługujące tę część były zawsze przemiłe, uśmiechnięte i wręcz zachęcały, żeby częstować się smakołykami. Dla rodzin z dziećmi absolutnym must-have jest Kids Club i animacje – tutaj zdecydowanie 5+! Dzieci naprawdę nie mają czasu na nudę. Duży plus również za bezpieczeństwo na plaży: jest strzeżona, a ratownik był bardzo zaangażowany. Tutaj ode mnie pełne 5*. Niestety są też minusy. Największy i zdecydowanie najbardziej uciążliwy to palenie papierosów na środkowej części plaży oraz w strefach komunikacyjnych. W europejskich hotelach tej klasy coś takiego byłoby dla mnie nie do pomyślenia. Podczas pobytu mieliśmy z tego powodu kilka nieprzyjemnych sytuacji, ponieważ część gości zupełnie nie respektowała zakazu palenia. Jedyna większa strefa bez palenia znajdowała się natomiast przy nieprzyjemnie pachnącym kanale, więc trudno uznać to za dobre rozwiązanie. W większości hoteli 4*+ spotykaliśmy się z odwrotną organizacją – dla palaczy wydzielona jest niewielka strefa, np. w pobliżu baru, a pozostała przestrzeń jest wolna od dymu. Tutaj przede wszystkim brakowało osoby, która faktycznie pilnowałaby zasad. To niestety mocno wpłynęło na komfort naszego wypoczynku. Kolejny minus to bardzo zimna woda w brodziku dla dzieci. Nasze dziecko nie chciało do niego wchodzić, czego w sierpniu zupełnie się nie spodziewaliśmy. Nikt nie kontrolował również problemu „rezerwowania” leżaków – wiele z nich przez długi czas stało pustych, zajętych jedynie ręcznikami. Ogólnie najbardziej brakowało mi managera obecnego na terenie obiektu, który pilnowałby porządku, przestrzegania zasad i reagował na takie sytuacje. Mimo tych niedociągnięć widać jednak, że hotel naprawdę się stara i ma bardzo dużo mocnych stron, szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Świetne jedzenie, Kids Club, animacje, czystość, bezpośredni dostęp do plaży i zaangażowany ratownik sprawiają, że ostatecznie daję 5/5. Gdyby poprawiono organizację stref dla palaczy i bardziej pilnowano zasad, pobyt byłby naprawdę świetny.”
