“Wir waren Ende März für 6 Nächte im Gran Meliá Victoria – und dieser Aufenthalt hat uns tief berührt. Unser Zimmer in der 9. Etage bot einen phänomenalen Blick über den Hafen und die Kathedrale. Die warmen Sonnenaufgänge direkt vom Bett aus waren wie ein Traum. Selbst beim Duschen und Baden konnten wir aufs Meer blicken – ein Gefühl von Freiheit, Ruhe und purer Schönheit. Das Zimmer war exzellent, hochwertig und unglaublich gemütlich. Ein ganz besonderer Moment war mein Geburtstagsmorgen: Ich hatte mir gewünscht, das Frühstück pünktlich aufs Zimmer zu bekommen – und es war einfach wunderbar. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, alles war fantastisch im Geschmack, und bei strahlendem Sonnenschein und diesem traumhaften Ausblick konnte ich in diesem gemütlichen Zimmer in meinen Geburtstag starten. Ein Moment, den ich nie vergessen werde. Was diesen Aufenthalt jedoch wirklich außergewöhnlich gemacht hat, war das Team. Vom Check‑in über den Frühstücksservice bis zum Guest‑Experience‑Team wurden wir mit einer Herzlichkeit empfangen, die man nur selten erlebt. Sie kannten unsere Namen, erkundigten sich täglich nach unserem Wohlbefinden und fragten, ob sie uns etwas Gutes tun können. Diese Aufmerksamkeit war ehrlich, warm und nie aufgesetzt – und hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten im Zimmer – hochwertige Plätzchen, Macarons, Schokolade, ein wunderschöner Blumenstrauß und kleine, persönliche Nachrichten – haben uns jeden Tag ein Lächeln geschenkt. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Möglichkeit, über die Meliá‑/Audi‑App einen Audi Q6 e‑tron zu buchen. Ein großartiger, moderner und zuvorkommender Service – und das Auto macht einfach unheimlich Spaß. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – besonders im Red Level Bereich, für eine entspannte Auszeit oder einen besonderen Anlass wie meinen Geburtstag. Ein Hotel, das nicht nur überzeugt, sondern wirklich berührt.”

“Just got back from an incredible short stay at the Hotel Victoria Gran Melia. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely professional and attentive, creating a friendly, welcoming and personal atmosphere throughout our entire stay. An extra special mention to Pedro and Olimpia who seemed to go the extra mile to make our stay extremely special. Our room was incredible, large, clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the marina and cathedral, an extremely comfy bed and all the amenities we could wish for. The food in the restaurant provided some of the best evening meals we had ever eaten, this could have easily been a Michelin star restaurant, offering beautifully presented local dishes that tasted amazing coupled with excellent friendly service, portions were typically large and worth every euro! The offerings for breakfast were out of this world with the largest selection on offer that we had ever seen, from a freshly cooked full English, to cereals, a huge continental selection of meats, fish, cheese and pastries, again all beautifully presented and extremely delicious, there was so much to offer it would have taken over a week to try everything! We highly recommend paying the extra for the red level service the hotel offers: this provided a continuous supply of additional delicious food and drink including alcohol throughout every day which paid for itself very quickly and added an extra special feeling to our stay. Thanks to all the staff at Hotel Victoria Gran Melia for giving us one of the best holidays we have ever had! This is truly one of the best holidays we have ever been on and is completely unforgettable! We will return! Xx”
