“El hotel está en una situación inmejorable para visitar Madrid. El personal es excelente. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Bien insonorizadas y buenas camas para descansar. Buen servicio de habitaciones. No le pongo 5 estrellas por las escaleras que tiene en el hall y en las que cuesta mucho subir y bajar, si tu maleta pesa. Cuidado al bajar. Los baños están bien equipados y limpios, pero necesitan una actualización.”
