“Leuk hotel met leuke ligging... 2de jaar op rij dat we deze kiezen voor de Oktoberfesten. Echter dit jaar geen verwelkoming als golden member, eigenlijk platinum member (vorige nachten nog niet bijgeschreven). Verder housekeeping zonder aan te kloppen gewoon binnen gekomen en defecte Haardroger en toiletlamp. De lakens van het bed waren ook niet 100 procent proper. Anno 2026 geen koffiefaciliteiten op de kamer met deze sterren kwalificatie is een serieus minpunt”

“Wir sind das 2.Mal Gast in Ihrem Hotel gewesen,die Lage ist perfekt,10 Minuten zur U Bahn... Das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent,als wir in unser Zimmer kamen lief die Toiletten Spülung durchgehend,sie wurde umgehend repariert,im Restaurant haben wir sehr gut gegessen , Was wir zu beanstanden haben war die Klimaanlage,sie funktionierte nicht ausreichend,der zusätzliche Ventilator war in der Nacht sehr laut,in unserem Zimmer hatte wir eine Badewanne zum Duschen mit sehr hohem Einstieg,es gibt Menschen die damit Probleme haben Wir kommen gern wieder”
