“This 3-star hotel truly exceeds expectations and offers more than many 4-star properties. From the very beginning, everything was well organized and comfortable. The breakfasts and dinners were consistently delicious, with a good variety and great quality, and the Christmas festive dinner was especially memorable — beautifully prepared, warm, and full of holiday atmosphere. What really makes this place special is the staff. Every single person we met was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — from the housekeeping team and reception to the bar staff and chefs. You could really feel the care and attention in every detail. The location is very convenient and made it easy to enjoy the area. We spent 7 wonderful days here without a single complaint and felt completely relaxed throughout our stay. A place we would happily return to and confidently recommend.”

“Wspaniale miejsce, miła pomocna obsługa, jedzenie- rewelacja, języki- angielski, niemiecki, hiszpański, codziennie sprzątanie, blisko do sklepów, cafe, plaży, 10 minut piechotą do „Lora Park”, 15 min do basenu z wodą morską nad oceanem, pięknie widoki. Zdecydowanie polecam, na pewno tam wrócimy!”

“Don't believe in comments. I'm here for a week now. Building and many things in it are old but its not expensive hotel. The same price for room we have in Poland but without the food. Hotel is located very near to seaside and Police station. It is November and it is not loud here. The musician finishes playing about 9 p.m. Beds are soft and pillows are comfy. There is a big selection of food and even I as a really fussy vegetarian find something to eat. There are only breakfasts and dinners. Breakfasts are good and all drinks are free but to dinner we have to pay for drinks (glass of wine 4e, 500ml beer 5e). On dinner many dishes are not favorite but they are eatable. Rooms are cleaned every day. New bed sheets are put on every day. We tell the cleaners to clean less often. The entire hotel staff is very nice and helpfull. The only sound which is loud is from football stadion but only to 9 p.m. and the ocean😀. Furniture is damaged by time but its very clean. From here is 20 minutes by foot to Loro Park, 10 min to beach ( sand is black), 5 min to Pharmacy and many shops. 15 minutes to beatiful garden. The pool is small but I don't like to seat by the pool. Look for a good offer with affordoble price and enjoy.”

“Ubicación perfecta, justo en frente del mar. Es la segunda vez que vamos, y seguiremos yendo siempre que vayamos a Tenerife. Cogemos media pensión y la comida es fantástica”

“Hotel zgodny z opisem. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Śniadanie i kolację to szeroki wachlarz smaków, każde dnia cos innego choć były stale pozycje. Niczego nie brakowało na stołach wiec nie rozumiem nie których komentarzy. Pokoje do odmalowane plus małe poprawki ale w tej cenie w tej lokalizacji i z widokiem na ocean jest dobrze.”

“Great hotel, great location & thoroughly enjoyed my stay Very clean & well looked after Friendly staff Rooms cleaned every day, lovely & very friendly cleaners (who do a great job) I found the food delicious, great variety both breakfast & evening meals Evening entertainment not for me, but thats a personal choice So all in all a great stay at this hotel and i would defo recommend”

“El hotel esta muy bien, tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo y muy cerca de la playa, las habitaciones muy cómodas y las chicas de la limpieza muy bien, tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado y los chicos de recepción Álvaro y Carlos que son estupendos rápido me cambiaron de habitación con la grata sorpresa que nos dieron una mirando al mar, el bufete de desayunos fantástico el de la cena pueden mejorarlo un poco e incluir las bebidas, por las noches hay un músico dando ambiente pero creo que debería tener un animador pk se hace aburrida las noches, Matias el chico del bar muy simpático también, en definitiva aconsejaría este hotel pk esta muy bien calidad precio.”
