Lugar céntrico,fácil aparcar, las habitaciones necesitan unas actuaciones urgentes están muy desgastadas por no decir viejas, cambio de colchones, por decir lo que menos me gustó, pero muy limpio en cambio, desayunos abundantes y variados, y cenas discrepo con algunos comentarios negativos, esta muy bien el restaurante para ser un hotel, comida esta buena y servicio amable y atento.

Great hotel! Great service! Amazing work from the reception desk when I was in urgent need of a taxi to take me to the Tenerife North Airport. I wanted to check if my brother Arnoud V had arrived on the island. I needed his advice. I was brutally hit multiple times with different objects! I was also pushed and shuffed that same morning by one specific security guy working for Blanco Bar. Blanco Bar is still a great place to dance, but you can't hit women for any reason. Let alone threaten me with my life in public. With clients outside watching the brutal attack without helping me! So thank you, team of Sol Puerto de la Cruz! And a special thanks to the security team. Who gave me fruit in the middle of the night 🌙 I hadn't been sleeping at all before this incident happened. But I felt safe at the hotel in front of the National Police station where I filled a report that same morning. Shaken. But I am alive and a happy resident. Who merely needed some time off on the steps of your hotel. I have seen no rooms but I will book soon!

Hola. Sol Puerto de la Cruz, un hotel maravilloso. Gente cálida y guapa, acogedor, servicios de calidad, limpieza diaria, sin que nos molesten innecesariamente. Queremos agradecer especialmente al Sr. Domingo, a la Srta. Grazia y a las señoras de la limpieza y de la mesa. Me quito el sombrero.

Magnifico hotel y el personal un 10, estuvimos una semana y todos fantastico, lo voy a recordar toda mi vida muchosimasgracias
