“Wir hatten in diesem Hotel eine tolle Zeit. Ein besonderes Danke möchten wir dem Personal ausrichten, dass mir mit meiner veganen Ernährung jeden Tag tolle Speisen gebracht oder mir erklärt hat, was beim Buffet vegan sei. Auch ohne erneute Nachfrage, wurde ich jeden Tag angesprochen, was ich essen wolle. Zum Frühstück gab es vegane Pancakes (frisch zubereitet), Würstchen, Kuchen und veganen Aufschnitt zusätzlich zu dem ohnehin schon tollen Buffet. Abends bekam ich ein Gericht meiner Wahl oder fand reichlich leckeres beim Buffet. Also alles in allem wurde ich sehr verwöhnt und alle waren ausnahmslos freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Ansonsten ist das Hotel wirklich schön und hat eine grandiose Lage. Die Ausstattung ist super.”

“Ich hatte einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Das gesamte Haus ist äußerst gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und überzeugt mit einer angenehmen, entspannten Atmosphäre. Mein Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Frühstück sowie das kulinarische Angebot insgesamt waren hervorragend, qualitativ hochwertig, liebevoll angerichtet und unglaublich lecker. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchte ich jedoch dem Kellner Airam aussprechen. Er war in allen Zügen Spitzenklasse! Seine Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit waren außergewöhnlich. Er hatte stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hat mit seiner charmanten Art meinen Aufenthalt noch einmal deutlich bereichert. Man merkt sofort, dass er seinen Beruf mit Leidenschaft ausübt. Ein Service auf diesem Niveau ist wirklich selten, großes Kompliment! Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. “Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, no solo por el hotel en si que es una preciosidad, sobre todo la zona The Level. Pero ante todo el trato recibido, empezando por la recepción en el que he de agradecer especialmente a Ezequiel e Irene que estuvieron atentos a todo. Agradecer a Alex por su simpatía haciéndonos estar como en casa. A Amaranta en la zona de The Level. A Fátima la asistenta de planta que nos informó con una amabilidad extraordinaria sobre todo lo que podíamos visitar en Carnavales. En definitiva no pararía de nombrar al personal del hotel que nos hicieron pasar unos dias maravillosos. Y como no, nos fuimos con ganas de volver. Sin duda el mejor hotel en el que he estado. “Wir waren im Februar für 8Tage hier und hatten traumhaftes Wetter. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Martianez Bucht, gegenüber der gleichnamigen, riesigen Poollandschaft mit Meerwasser. Man geht durch ein Gartentor und ist direkt auf der kilometerlangen Strandpromenade, welche zum bummeln, shoppen oder in der Sonne sitzen einlädt. Die Zimmer sind modern, immer sauber und alle unsere Wünsche, wie ein Bett-topper oder Bademantel wurden direkt erfüllt. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Highlight war der Restaurantbereich mit seiner vielfältigen Auswahl, sowohl qualitativ als auch quantitativ sehr gut. Wir hatten Halbpension. Wer hier nichts findet ist selber schuld. Abends haben wir uns in der Empfangshalle mir Barbereich sehr wohlgefühlt. Täglich wechselndes Musikprogramm, life. Ausflüge konnten direkt bei einer seriösen Agentur gegenüber des Hotels gebucht werden. Auch hier hat die Abwicklung prima funktioniert. Alles in allem ist das Melia Costa Atlantis zu empfehlen. Einzige Kritik, der Spa-bereich. Aber nicht wegen des Aufpreises, das hat man woanders auch, sondern weil der Pool mit den kleinen Mosaikfliesen dringend saniert werden muss.”

La reforma les ha quedado preciosa y aún teniendo este maravilloso hotel el equipo humano es lo mejor con diferencia. La limpieza impecable, la zona de The Level maravillosa con Andrea de cabeza en los desayunos, que chica tan encantadora y profesional. ¡¡Enhorabuena a Tony que gestiona esa zona de forma espectacular!! Le personnels étaient très professionnels avenant souriant le chef cuisinier Abdrahman et le chef de service Abdsallam ont rendu mon séjour très confortable et pleins de petites attentions adorables, comme Alicia qui s’occuper des chambre qui était très gentille je me sentie comme à la maison et c’est la meilleur sensation ! From the reception (shoutout to Malika who was super helpful at every turn and Felipe for his friendliness and recommendations), to the Level Lounge (shoutsout to Andrea for her efficient friendly service), to the cleaners on our floor (Fatima was so friendly and an exceptional cleaner).
