Les premières Années une clientèle de qualité. Service IDEM. 2024 DECOUVERTE stupéfiante, un décrochement spectaculaire, commercialisé par FRAM et d' autres opérateurs bas de gamme. La clientèle aisée ne se situe plus. Le service bar.. nocturne dans le grand hall , belle prestation pour le spectacle Flamenco .. Décevant pour le service .. peu aimable. Chocolat chaud = une tasse de lait un "sachet de chocolat en poudre" à côté 6€ et vous prepzre votre chocolat non mousseux, aberrant pour un palace !! - Eau bt 33cl en "plastique" 6€ - 1 Mojito 16.50€ Une clientèle avec des tenues négligées en soirée et oui un PALACE devenu le spectacle des défilés de masse. LA DIRECTION A T ELLE CHANGÉE.? Super Hotel und bestes Ambiente. Ein eigenes 5 Sterne Hotel. Entertainment klasse.

The Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora must be one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. The Red Level is not a 5-star resort, it is far better. Yes, the grounds are very large and can be daunting to some, but the smaller (Adult only) Red Level, is more contained and far superior to the rest, and the rooms and amenities are excellent. Yes. The Hotel can be said to be aging, but the maintenance has been upgraded and it is difficult to fault the hotel in general. Any faults we found with minor items, like a leaking tap, were attended to very promptly. What makes the Red Level stand out is the high quality of the staff. They went out of their way to be welcoming and help, and no problem was too big for them to resolve. This particular visit was special to us as this week was my wife’s 80th birthday and the (reception) staff went above and beyond their normal duty to make her stay/day especially special. I don’t want to mention any member of staff especially because they were all great. With hand on heart(!), thank you.

Erstklassige Hotelanlage und durch die Bank ein erstklassiger Service der gesamten Mitarbeiter. Verpflegung und insbesondere das Frühstück waren top!

Absolut fantastisches Hotel, super gepflegt, schöne Aussicht auf La Gomera und im Hintergrund auf den Teide. Hervorzuheben ist der Hotelmanager vom RedLevel Bereich sowie unser Butler "Rey", die sich mehr als bemüht haben unsere Hochzeitsreise zu einer unvergesslichen Zeit zu machen.
