Really nice hotel and close to the sea and amenities. We paid extra for a sea view which was worth it. It would have got 5 stars for the room, but I think it was missing a fridge and the shower was in a bath. However the cleaning lady did an excellent job keeping our room clean. We had an all inclusive deal, and I'd like to thank the bar staff and all the kitchen staff producing such a variety of good food.

Room was nice and food was decent with my only issue being that on the first day I found that the cleaners had gone searching through my bag and suitcase which I left under my bed and stolen money which was in a wallet alongside my passport and other documents which I left there for safe keeping. The staff were completely unbothered and shrugged when I tried to see if there was anything I could do about it so I would highly recommend that if your staying here to hide your valuable belongings somewhere secure or invest in the safe because they will go snooping through your personal property which i find to be quite stressful because you can't really feel comfortable when you know that on a daily basis people are going into your room when your not there and have full intent on taking your property.

I never write reviews but our stay at Sol Tenerife was unforgettable, I would like to start by saying yes the hotel is a little dated and tired in places but for what you pay the location, staff, service, food and drink is 10/10 and if you get a room like we did overlooking the ocean wow what a view :) I would highly recommend staying here and if we do come back to playa de las americas I would stay here again great hotel for the money.

Iniziamo con la reception la signora Carmen e stata gentilissima a spiegare tutto molto cordiale...camere molto carine con un ottima vista...colazione pranzo e cena da 10 e lode,tutto buono cucina internazionale davvero un ottima esperienza..complimenti allo staff..ps camere pulite e pulizia giornaliera complimenti
