“SOL by Meliá Phú Quốc có khuôn viên đẹp, hoàng hôn tại Bãi Trường rất chill, nhân viên nhìn chung niềm nở và thân thiện. Tuy nhiên, trải nghiệm thực tế vẫn có khá nhiều điểm khiến gia đình tôi chưa thật sự hài lòng. Gia đình tôi đã email xin check-out muộn 60 phút từ sớm. Trước giờ check-out khoảng 24 tiếng, tôi cũng chủ động gọi lễ tân để xác nhận và được hẹn sáng hôm sau sẽ gọi lại, nhưng thực tế không có cuộc gọi nào. Đến lúc check-out, lễ tân ban đầu khá cứng nhắc, chỉ khi tôi đề nghị trao đổi với quản lý thì yêu cầu mới được hỗ trợ. Với một đề nghị nhỏ, đã báo trước và vào ngày thường, cách xử lý này chưa thực sự linh hoạt. Trà chiều miễn phí có ý tưởng tốt nhưng khung giờ chỉ 15:00–16:00, khách tự phục vụ, đồ uống và món ăn khá cơ bản. Resort nên kéo dài thời gian hoặc đầu tư thêm chất lượng, thậm chí có thể xây dựng gói trả phí phù hợp cho khách có nhu cầu. Muỗi trong khuôn viên khá nhiều, bé nhà tôi bị đốt nhiều dù gia đình đã chủ động dùng xịt và kem chống muỗi. Tại The Kitchen, nhân viên báo chờ 10–15 phút nhưng thực tế gia đình thường phải chờ khoảng 30–35 phút. Cơm cũng khá khô theo nhận xét của nhiều thành viên trong gia đình. Ngoài ra, vách kính khu vực nhà vệ sinh có dấu hiệu ọp ẹp, xuống cấp nhẹ, nên được kiểm tra và bảo trì sớm. Tổng thể, resort có tiềm năng và vị trí ngắm hoàng hôn đẹp. Nhưng để tương xứng hơn với thương hiệu, SOL nên cải thiện sự chủ động trong chăm sóc khách hàng, kiểm soát muỗi, tốc độ phục vụ, bảo trì phòng và bổ sung thêm hoạt động chiều/tối cho khách lưu trú.”See more reviews
