“Me encantó mi estancia en el Meliá Caracas y definitivamente le doy un 5/5. Lo que más resalto es la atención del personal; siempre fueron amables, respetuosos y estuvieron a mi disposición. Además, fui un privilegiado con la habitación que me tocó, ya que tenía una vista increíble que me permitió apreciar lo hermosa que es la ciudad. Aunque el hotel tiene un diseño un poco antiguo, me parece que ese toque clásico europeo es justamente uno de sus mayores enganches. Sugeriría modernizar un poco algunas áreas, pero sin perder esa esencia que lo hace especial. El lobby es de lujo y la comida me pareció muy rica y variada. Tuve algunos inconvenientes menores, pero los solucionaron de forma proactiva; se nota el esfuerzo que hacen por cuidar cada detalle para que todo salga perfecto.
