“Had to check out of an air b&b at 10am and we had some time to kill before our 8pm flight home. So we booked a day room and it was awesome! The price was a bargin considering the amenities. The room had a walk out patio that lead to the pool. Everything was clean and the room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and efficient. The pool was great and had a mini golf area in the middle. They even had a happy hour at the bar, Frank was fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the experience!”

On our last trip there was an error in the booking with the third party but thankfully Liam was able to take care of the issue and assist. His time and dedication should not go unnoticed. He is charismatic and has great problem solving skills.”

“I booked this hotel for a day through Resort Pass. It’s in a nice location, very nice rooms, it was spacious. I just need somewhere to go before my night flight. The pros: Staff were friendly, and the room was huge and spacious. I would say the bathroom could use some updating. Cons: I got to the hotel around 12:30 because check in on the weekends are 12pm. All of the pool chair were taken and I had to sit down a small pool chair, it appeared that there were 2 sized loungers, a smaller one and a regular one. I really couldn’t relax much. The kids were jumping in everywhere and I never once got asked my pool staff if I wanted a drink, I had to go up to the bar inside and ask. There was 1 pool person taking orders, didn’t make sense to me. It’s not a bad hotel just kind of small and packed. I felt like it was hard to space out. I don’t think I would go back.”

“I stayed in a one bedroom suite. Our experience from the moment we checked in was outstanding. Valerie and the front desk team were excellent and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. I will definitely be staying at Melia Celebration again. Thank you.”

“This resort hotel had such possibilities but... there are significant issues. The biggest problems are 1. if you get a wonderful balcony room facing the pool be prepared for non stop club DJ music incredibly loud from 10 AM to 10 PM. Yep 12 full hours. Just ridiculous for the crowd we saw which was mostly families and couples but management seems to think we are in Vegas or on a singles cruise. Oh and some of the music played included fowl language with children in the pool. 2. The wristband electronic key to a access to building and your room worked only about 40% of the time. Which means w waving your hand multiple times in front of it or waiting for someone to let you in. 3. There's only one ice machine for an entire building we never were able to get ice in nine days. Just empty useless. 4. Maintenance issues. The shower leaked every day. One of the chairs on the balcony was ripped and made it uncomfortable to sit in. 5. If you plan to cook in room bring your own kitchen towels, soap and sponge. Not supplied. Now for the positive 1. Staff was very nice. Especially cleaning staff. 2. The room has a kitchen (no oven) but cooktop and microwave a d full fridge with pots pans utensils and it was very helpful if you wanted to cook in room. 3. The resort style pool area is beautiful but far too loud. 4. The Wilson restaurant has a very nice breakfast. 5. Super convenient to Advent Health right across the street and 10 to 15 min ride to WDW. 6. Easy 5 min drive to Celebration restaurants which were excellent.”

“Great stay at Melia Orlando. Rooms are spacious, beds comfy. Kitchen has basic necessities. You'd have to bring your own dish soap and cloths if your room has a kitchenette. Staff was helpful. Our fire alarm was chirping and they came up within 15 mins to change the battery. It's a small resort which was nice. Pool is small but accommodated the people sitting by it nicely. Happy hour is a nice touch with free beverages. Music is played poolside. Umbrellas available for shade. Restaurant has a small but decent selection of food. Great stay all around”

“Melia is located perfectly to everything Orlando offers. The hotel has a ton of amenities which we did not utilize but from what we saw it looked amazing. Check in and check out was easy and the front desk is very attentive and nice. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because the bed, the bed felt like you were sleeping on a board. If they changed the mattress it would be perfection!!”

“Great customer service. We were checked in by Iberia and she was absolutely fantastic. We had breakfast at the Wilson, for vegetarians I recommend asking for avocado on toast with mushrooms on top. Our suite was great, kept clean and in good state. Reception was easy to contact for any queries which stood out to me, usually no one picks up so I was pleasantly surprised. Pool is good too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to our return.”

“One of the best vacations I have ever had while celebrating my partner’s birthday and spending time with family. From the moment we arrived, the experience was truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to the phenomenal Front Office team for their prompt responses, kindness, and willingness to assist us. They graciously held our luggage so we could enjoy the pool while waiting for our room to be ready, which made our arrival so relaxing after an early flight! The pool was the perfect temperature ! The bar service was prompt! The rooms had exceeded then we had expected ! Convenient location to all attractions ! JUST OVERALL GORGEOUS PROPERTY ! A special recognition to the Front Desk Manager, Valerie, whose guest service was absolutely top tier. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. It was truly one of the best guest service experiences I have ever had! Truly she set the bar ! I absolutely recommend Meliá Celebration to friends, family, and colleagues who will be visiting the area in the future ! “First off the service was excellent- at the front desk, housekeeping and restaurants. For them 5 stars. Also in the lounge area, everyone was nice and it was always very stocked. It’s a complimentary drink and snack area for dinner hours. Also the restaurant was great with breakfast included every morning . The rooms were nice. Missing some items in the kitchen. Rooms could use a little TLC and upgrading but they were clean. The pool was very nice and warm.”
