“We stay here frequently and find its location great. This time Igor welcomed us. He recognised us as regular guests and it makes SUCH a difference and makes you feel valued. The staff have always been pleasant but don’t really make us feel valued. Igor is interested in you without being patronising or intrusive. He’s a great asset to your organisation. In spirit of constructive feedback…….we find the pillows very thin and mattresses somewhat hard. Perhaps this could be addressed?”

“The very first impression was made by Ian who was there on Wednesday evening to greet me, Ian was so welcoming, warm and helpful he made a difference so thanks Ian. Beyond this experience the room was spacious and well equipped. The food from the Gino Di Campo restaurant was lovely, well presented and supported with fantastic hospitality from the staff. Breakfast was good too. Thanks guys 😎🤛”

“I had a wonderful experience staying at MELIÁ Manchester. I stayed for one night with my dog. I stay at a lot of hotels with work and honestly, the staff here are on par with any 5* hotel. From the moment I checked in to checkout, every single member of staff I spoke to was lovely- attentive, and genuinely welcoming. There was a minor disturbance from an arguing couple opposite my room, but the staff handled it professionally and efficiently. The only minor negative was that the dog bed provided was quite stinky! I would definitely stay here again, it’s excellent value for money and a fantastic choice for anyone visiting central Manchester.”

“Lovely central location with access to Manchester main attractions. The rooms were clean, staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend, the room and hotel has everything that you need clean rooms, dining gym, sauna and steam. Close to all the main attractions either by foor or tram. Will definitely stay here again.”

“We booked this hotel as it was the perfect location near the O2 Ritz, and we were so delighted by our stay. The staff were so friendly, the hotel was incredibly clean and the breakfast was lovely. My main worry from staying in Manchester before was the outside noise, and we didn't hear a thing! We will definitely be staying here again and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend booking Q Park next to the hotel aswell. Thanks :)”

“Had a superb stay at InnSide - I’m struggling to really find a fault with it. Excellent value for what you get. And what you get is a modern, trendy, comfortable hotel in a great central location (perfect for the convention centre). The fact there’s a fitness centre and sauna and steam room included makes this place almost too good to be true. On my stay, the sauna could have been a bit hotter, and the steam room wasn’t working for whatever reason which is a shame. Rooms are pretty unique in their layout, with an open plan bathroom area - this makes the actual toilet feel a bit like a cupboard but that doesn’t detract anything from it really. Loved my stay here and this will be my new go-to for future stays in Manchester.”

“I really recommend this hotel, the location was excellent, the breakfast too and is necessary to mention the service as perfect, Kit and Tajin in reception answered all my questions always with a smile, big hug to the rest of staff that I don’t remember the names, all of them made our travel unforgettable!”

“Do yourself a favour and stay here! Had a very comfortable stay in a central location, with around 15 mins walk to the city centre. No hassle going or coming back (Deansgate metro station is also a short walk away for travelling to the Trafford Centre). Excellent shower pressure which is always great. Service was top notch. Reception allowed us to store our luggage after check out, very handy. Highly recommended. Can't wait to stay again!”

“Lovely hotel. Staff were really friendly, advised of all the services available on my stay. Rooms were so nice, so clean, and it has a fridge stocked up free of charge! Will defo stay again.”

“Had a meeting here in a conference room which was well appointed, great lunch and drinks through the day. Stayed here overnight, room was excellent very clean and a mini fridge with a few drinks. Parking was really easy at the near by Qpark first street.”
