Reviews of Meliá White House

I'm writing this review specifically for the restaurant service and staff. I was here with a group of people for the NFL London game. I had service multiple days, dinner and lunch. Manish, Herbert, Hosshia, and Faria all were very attentive, professional. I want to also pay respect to the cooks as the meals were fresh. Our steaks were properly cooked (medium). The chicken was moist and not dry.

Highly recommend. The rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was lovely and quiet with no noise outside the room, so peaceful. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Great location, 5 minute walk from tube station & so near Oxford street. My only critique is the elevator situation. We would be waiting a long time for it to come and sometimes when it finally did it would be full of people and there would be no room and we’d have to wait even longer. We were lucky the stairs didn’t bother us but people with prams etc should be aware. Apart from that it was a 10/10 experience will definitely be coming back!

Lovely hotel that is in a very convenient location. Plenty of tube stations to access from the hotel making exploration a breeze. We dined at the hotel restaurant and Hossain and Faria provided excellent service. They were attentive to ours needs and the food was delicious. Would recommend a stay here!
