This experience invites guests to step away from schedules and noise, moving through warm and cool waters in a historic, candlelit space. The focus is on stillness, simplicity and taking time, rather than following a fixed routine.

Guests follow a carefully designed thermal circuit, moving between pools of varying temperatures to encourage physical release and mental clarity. The experience allows extended time in the baths, without time pressure or instruction. A salt exfoliation area is included, preparing the body for deeper relaxation. The visit concludes with a glass of Spanish cava and artisan truffles, enjoyed quietly within the space. Every element is designed to slow the pace and support rest, without distraction or excess.
