“I love this hotel, it's by far the best hotel in Pattaya if you want luxury, friendly, kind staff in a great location! I could mention many names they are all very friendly, kind and helpful, but Dave the concierge is the go to guy. He is the best concierge in Pattaya. His local knowledge and recommendations was top tier! I also want to mention Jack, Max and Emily. They are also memorable members of staff who are very nice, kind and friendly.
