“I just wanted to share how absolutely incredible my stay was at your hotel. I truly loved every moment of it. The hotel itself was amazing, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the level of service and kindness from your team.
They kindly offered us compensation due to the inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of the swimming pool, and the way everything was handled exceeded our expectations. The team immediately accommodated us and made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of without any delay or hassle.
A very special thank you goes to Siri ❤️🥰, the manager, as well as the receptionist K and Miu 🥰who assisted us during our stay. They were both absolutely wonderful so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their friendliness and willingness to help made such a difference and really elevated our entire experience.
We are used to staying in high-end hotels, but this was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The level of hospitality, warmth, and professionalism was exceptional from start to finish.

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Meliá Koh Samui.
Despite the renovation work taking place on the main pool, the manager Siri turned the situation into an exceptional experience thanks to a wonderful commercial gesture, which truly enhanced our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail deserve special recognition.
We would also like to warmly thank K for the warm welcome, availability, and kindness throughout our stay. The entire team took great care of us from beginning to end, always with a smile and genuine hospitality.
They are truly amazing people — friendly, attentive, and sincerely passionate about what they do.
One thing is certain: if we return to Koh Samui, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Overall, everything was excellent. I really loved this place.
I stayed in the Boat Suite, and the room was beautiful, very spacious, both inside the room and in the outdoor garden area. The room also had pool access. The hotel feels very natural — you can see birds and squirrels around the property. Be careful of seashells when walking at night, as you might accidentally step on and kill them.
The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was delicious, and they even had ice cream. I highly recommend the Pad Thai — it was amazing. The evening cocktails were also very good. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
If you stay in the boat-style rooms, you may need to walk a bit far, but the hotel provides buggy service for pick-up and drop-off, which was very convenient.
The hotel is perfect for relaxation, and the beach is beautiful.
However, during my stay, the infinity pool by the beach was closed for renovation for about two weeks. It was such a pity because I was really looking forward to using it and enjoying the view from there. The Level Lounge with the ocean view was also closed and temporarily moved to another building, which was disappointing as well. However, it was understandable, and the hotel compensated with other great facilities and services.”

“Nous avons vécu une expérience inoubliable au sein du Meliã Koh Samui.
L’hôtel est moderne, magnifique et dispose de restaurants et piscines (dont une rivière géante) ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Très important, l’hôtel est très bien situé et dispose d’une magnifique plage privée. Possibilité de faire des achats, d’aller se faire masser ou à différents restaurants, à moins de 5 minutes à pieds.
Un grand merci à tout le staff, aux petits soins et super. En particulier à Pop et Krod pour leur accueil et leur aide tout au long du séjour.”

“Wir waren 7 Tage in diesem Hotel.
Wir hatten ein The Level Zimmer mit Poolzugang. Das Zimmer selbst war wirklich traumhaft schön. Alles war sehr sauber und auch die Level Lounge ist wunderbar. Das Frühstück ist überragend und der Service einwandfrei. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Ich möchte noch mal den besonders guten Service erwähnen, dieser war außergewöhnlich gut. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich
Wir waren dennoch etwas enttäuscht, da man uns beim Check-in sagte, dass der Hauptpool komplett geschlossen werden muss. Sie haben also eine riesige Wand um den Pool aufgebaut. Am Strand war natürlich der Baulärm sehr hoch, sie haben dann Boxen mit lauter Musik am Strand aufgestellt, aber das hat die Kreissäge auch nicht weggemacht. Also lag man am Ende am Strand, Hämmern, Bohren, Sägen, laute Musik und sollte entspannen ...
Wir haben unsere Unzufriedenheit auch mitgeteilt. Aber ich finde die Entschädigung nicht ausreichend. Das Hotel kostet so viel Geld und sie werben mit diesem Pool. Wir durften kostenlos einen Late-Night-Check-out machen ...
Für uns als Poolgänger sehr enttäuschend. Weitere Entgegenkommen gab es nicht.
Würde das Hotel insgesamt eher Familien empfehlen und weniger Paare die Ruhe suchen.”
