“We had such a wonderful stay at Meliá Chiang Mai. This hotel is exceptional, but it’s the people who make it so special. Every member of staff was amazing, from the front-of-house and management teams to the spa and housekeeping teams. A special thank you to the housekeeping manager, whose name I sadly can’t remember, and the general manager. Both went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and we were so grateful for their kindness and care. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. As a family, we felt so welcome and incredibly well looked after. The whole team really does go that extra mile, and it took our stay to another level. We would definitely return. Thank you to everyone for making our time in Chiang Mai so special!”See more reviews

“Well, people will sometimes look for fulfillment in material luxury but at Melia Hotel, I found it first on the people who work there. They were kind, made us feel comfortable, and always smiled. We felt warmly welcomed, and this was, I think, worth it. Of course, it was a beautiful hotel as well (Room, restaurant and the view). But all the employees there made it more beautiful. So the newcomers don't hesitate, go there. I can assure you, you'll have delightful moment. When they "Soul matters", it's totally true ;). To all the staff, we would like to say thank you. Hope you'll will keep it this way.”
