“Das Hotel ist 2024 renoviert worden, was man auch merkt. Im Eingangsbereich fühlt man sich willkommen, das Personal ist nett und auch der Bar Bereich ist freundlich gestaltet. Die Aufzüge sind in Ordnung, zwei sind aus Glas und fahren außen am Gebäude, mit Blick auf die Ciudad de las Artes. Die Zimmertüren sind noch etwas veraltet, genauso wie der Wandschrank und der Safe. Der Rest ist erneuert, es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Man hat genügend Stauraum, es gibt zwei Stühle und einen Tisch, dazu die Minibar mit Wasser, Säften und Bier. Der Pool ist in Ordnung, es war bei uns etwas wenig Wasser im Pool. Sauber war es trotzdem, es gibt einige Liegen und Schirme drumherum, außerdem eine Poolbar. Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Im 10. Stock gibt es eine Sonnenterrasse mit Ausblick über die Stadt sowie einen kleinen Fitnessbereich, der völlig ausreicht. Beim Frühstück war es manchmal etwas chaotisch, an zwei der sieben Morgende fehlten Tassen oder Gläser, außerdem dauerte es recht lange bis benutztes Geschirr abgeräumt wurde. Die Auswahl war in Ordnung: Brot, Brötchen, süße Auswahl, Joghurt, Obst, Müsli, Aufschnitt, Käse, Ei, Würstchen, Speck, Horchata. Am ersten Abend sind wir spät angereist, weshalb wir auch da vor Ort gegessen haben. Das Buffet war sehr klein, aber es war in Ordnung. Wir würden wiederkommen.”See more reviews

“La verdad es que el trato ha sido muy bueno tanto recepcionistas , como empleados . Servicio de habitaciones muy atentos a todo , todo muy bien la verdad . La piscina es lo único que no fuimos por que estaba llena de gente tan pequeña para 30 personas que podría haber y el agua no es que esté muy clara es normal en pleno agosto había una mujer sin parte superior de bikini … pero no es culpa del hotel…”See more reviews
