“Мы отдыхали в Sol Torremolinos – Don Marco в августе 2026 года вдвоём с мужем. К сожалению, впечатления от отеля остались очень противоречивые. Начну с плюсов. У отеля действительно прекрасное расположение — до пляжа буквально одна минута. Территория чистая, красивая и ухоженная. Номера хорошие, комфортные, в целом к размещению и территории у нас практически не было претензий. Но, к сожалению, всё положительное впечатление от отеля было испорчено рестораном, качеством еды и особенно обслуживанием. У нас была система All Inclusive, и именно здесь нас ждало самое большое разочарование. Создавалось стойкое ощущение, что гости с All Inclusive для персонала ресторана находятся далеко не на первом месте. Официанты в первую очередь обслуживали гостей, которые заказывали и оплачивали напитки отдельно. Нам же иногда приходилось очень долго ждать, пока кто-нибудь вообще обратит внимание и принесёт напитки. Порой получить за ужином обычный напиток превращалось в настоящий квест. Отдельно хочется сказать о манере обслуживания. Некоторые сотрудники ресторана вели себя так, будто гости им мешают работать. Еду на тарелки не подавали, а буквально швыряли, без элементарной доброжелательности и уважения. Для отеля такого уровня подобное отношение к гостям просто недопустимо. Сама еда тоже разочаровала. Многие блюда были пресными, практически без соли и вкуса. Выбор вроде бы есть, но получать удовольствие от еды было сложно. Для нас питание — важная часть отдыха, особенно когда оплачена система All Inclusive, поэтому качество кухни и сервиса стало огромным минусом. Очень жаль, потому что у этого отеля действительно есть большой потенциал: прекрасное расположение, море в минуте ходьбы, хорошая территория и достойные номера. Но ресторан и отношение части его персонала настолько испортили впечатление, что второй раз выбирать этот отель мы бы уже серьёзно подумали. Отель может быть прекрасным не только благодаря расположению и красивой территории. Отношение к гостям — особенно к тем, кто уже заранее оплатил All Inclusive, — должно быть одинаково уважительным независимо от того, оплачивает человек напитки отдельно или нет.”See more reviews

“Hemos estado 5 días y sin duda lo recomendaría. Destacar el trato de los trabajadores de allí , la limpieza que tenía las instalaciones y la habitación todos los días te la limpian y te la recogen. La ubicación está muy bien enfrente de la playa , las piscinas había como 7 no sabías en cual bañarte de todas y dos jacuzzis. Hacen espectáculos por la noche y por el día actividades muy divertidas. Nosotros teníamos media pensión comida y desayuno y sinceramente nos dolía la tripa de tanto comer , todo el rato van reponiendo y no falta de nada. Sin lugar a dudas volveré alojarme en el grupo Meliá!!!!”See more reviews
