Meliá Costa del Sol

We have just returned from 4 nights at the Meliá Costa del Sol and absolutely loved the whole experience. The location is great for both beach access and strolling to other parts of the town. There is no rush for sunbeds in the mornings as there are plenty of different areas to choose from in the hotel as well at the external beach clubs. We had access to ‘The Level’ and enjoyed having the choice of 2 rooftops. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really efficient even at peak times as there is plenty of space and tables. We didn’t want to leave and will be booking for a longer stay next year.

Como siempre la experiencia en el hotel ha sido estupenda. Vamos todos los años y estamos encantados. Nos sentimos como en casa. Las chicas de The Level son superamables y las socorritas también.

One week of July 1987, I spent my honeymoon here in this hotel. I love this hotel now and then. 37 years ago, you noticed the difference.

O locație luxuriantă, foarte bine organizată, camerele sunt mari, spațioase, curate, cu vedere la mare, curățenie se face zilnic, schimb de lenjerie si prosoape, tot timpul aveam un aer fresh în camera. Mâncarea de altfel, tot timpul proaspătă, variată pentru toate gusturile, chiar și pentru cei mai mofturoși 😁. Au în fiecare seară începând cu orele 22:00, night entertainment precum : Flamenco Show, Live Music Duet, Tenors Night, Violin and Guitar, etc, toate gratuite. View-ul de la ultimul etaj, este nemaipomenit, aici zona este prevăzută cu un bar, (unde am băut un mojito foarte bun), piscina , șezlonguri , baldachine și zona de luat masa. Plaja din fața hotelului este privată, prevăzută cu șezlonguri, umbrele și măsuțe pentru băuturi, acestea fiind 7,5€/pers. Preț decent pentru zona aceea și foarte frumos, curat, liniștit. Ne-am bucurat foarte mult de acest sejur în Malaga-Costa del Sol, este un loc foarte frumos și merită vizitat. 👍🏼

Recomiendo el hotel, en especial la reserva de the level. Tanto por la zona the level que se encuentra en una de las zonas como también por las habitaciones. Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor de todo el hotel es la atención por parte de su personal. Debo de felicitarles de forma sobresaliente. Sin embargo, sí que me parece que la comida del buffet normal deja bastante que desear. La comida del the level, aún siendo tapas es mil veces mejor. El jefe de cocina es bastante desagradable gritando si tienen disponibles cosas de plancha o bien los camareros mostrando como deseaban salir enseguida porque si llegaba alguien a las 10 empezaban a correr caras o frases entre ellos. El personal de recepción, el personal de the level, el personal de botones, y en especial las camareras de pisos, reciben por mi parte la mayor aclamación. Siempre atentas y dispuestas. Sí que me gustaría que el parking fuese totalmente cerrado para evitar los problemas de salitre con el mar, pero me imagino que es algo que tendrán estudiado.
