Tenía dos reservas que por motivos de salud a última hora he tenido que cancelar . Tuve el error de no leer correctamente la fecha de cancelación , más concretamente la hora , pues pasaba de unas horas la gratuidad de la misma al realizarla con un buscador externo, y conllevaba gastos . Tras contactar con el hotel y dando las explicaciones oportunas han decido no emitir gastos de cancelación , lo que valoro muy positivamente. Pero lo importante de todo lo que comento es que refleja la humanidad de sus trabajadores que han entendido mi error y el percance familiar que he he tenido.
