Stayed here for 3 nights in Junior Suite with Terrace. The hotel location is great, very close to La Concha beach and a short walk to Old Town. Staff were very friendly and conscientious. The parking is super convenient. The room was tidy, clean, and a great layout. We were travelling with toddler and found the suite layout + terrace + large bathroom allows plenty of flexibility to stay up and enjoy the space after your child has gone to sleep.

Tip: Ask for sea view on the highest floor possible. For the great location and the size and quality of rooms, the reasonable price makes this one of the best value hotels in San Sebastián. We didn’t ask for views, but ended up with two rooms on the 4th floor, one overlooking the sea and the other looking over the old town. The sea view is incredible and the entire outer wall is window so that you can marvel from anywhere in the room. You can open the windows to hear the waves crashing against the shore. There is secure underground parking. Note that there is no room service, but honestly you don’t need it in this city, you should really head out enjoy all the food in as many different places as possible. Most importantly, I found the staff here incredible. My father hurt his leg during our travels on the day we arrived and the reception staff and even workmen helped almost carry him in from the entrance. Staff went out of their way to help us. When I asked to extend our stay by a day, the receptionist gave me a good tip to get the best price possible. I’m so grateful for their hospitality - it would have been very difficult for us to enjoy the trip otherwise. I’ll be back - next time without the drama!

Un antiguo hotel reformado en una muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y otras zonas de interés. Algunas habitaciones con vista al mar. Se ve limpio y bien atendido pero carece de comedor y servicios a la habitación lo cual no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas.El desayuno es correcto pero el precio de la habitación es alto considerando que solo tiene un frigo bar y ni siquiera un calentador de agua.

Tengo que comentar que la reserva estaba hecha desde Mayo y pedimos una habitación con vistas al mar y nos la concedieron. Cuando llegamos no fue así y les comentamos si podían darnos la habitación prometida. Nos cambiaron a otra con supuestas "vistas al mar" dónde apenas se veía un cachito y encima nos cobraron un suplemento por el cambio de habitación. Es una reserva que estaba hecha desde hace mucho tiempo y no lo entendimos. Por lo demás sin quejas.
