We stayed over for a Xmas break. Asked for interconnected rooms, and same got. However our rooms were just opposite to the lifts and the noise was a bit much at times, could hear everything like suitcases, people talking or singing after parties...not a good noise proof in place. Rooms basic but ok. Plenty of clean towels, changed daily even if the tag was placed outside to say do not disturb...For four star hotel you should not be paying for safe or kettle, that was the case there. Or sauna... No cups/mugs in the rooms, no tea bags, no milk or a kettle to be able to make a cup of tea etc...no laundry service. External company very expensive, 25e for a small bag of stuff. No shower gel available at the showers in the pool/gym. No toilet brushes in the bathrooms. Reception not really welcoming. One lady very helpful, others very serious and less approachable. Guy at the door more like a guard, very serious and not welcoming...not sure what his position was but very odd for him to be standing there with arms crossed...like a secret service or something...games room very basic and outdated, massage chairs not working, eating coins and not moving. Gym very basic, few machines and small space...Xmas program and entertainment in general totally for locals, not in English. Even some A4 posters advertising things going on just in Spanish. Other guests may have felt excluded...Food great, the best part of this holiday. Drinks paid during the dinner time but we didn't mind that as the food was very good. The only thing - could not get tea or coffee during dinner, a bit odd...floor staff at the restaurant tried their best, and worked very hard. Every day same faces there, fair play to them..TV- info about hotel said international channels- only about 2 in English...no netflix, button on the remote didn't work for netflix or YouTube... Some things could have been done/organised better, as hotel is meant to be a 4 star...it is a 3 star max.

Un très bel hotel Le personnel est très agréable (petit clin d'œil à Rosie ) Restauration en quantité et en qualité . Bravo aux cuisiniers ,serveurs et personnels de chambres qui sont souvent oubliés 😉

Es el segundo año que pasamos las Navidades en este hotel en familia, y estamos muy contentos con todo, comida, habitaciones, y el servicio de todos sus empleados, todos muy amables! Tengo que destacar que en la reserva puse que mi hija era celíaca y la verdad que genial. Al llegar el chico de recepción nos indicó una carta con lo que podía elegir para el desayuno, la comida y cena, solo teníamos que elegirlo y se lo preparan a parte para que no tenga contaminación cruzada, cuando llegas al comedor ya tienen una hoja con tu solicitud y la camarera que te atiende en mesa te lo trae. También tienen equipo de animación que hicieron el pasaje de Noel y nos pareció super original! Cerca tienes Port aventura que puedes ir andando, dando un paseo y si no quieres ir a Port aventura puedes darte unos buenos paseos por el alrededor del hotel. Sólo dar las gracias a todos el equipo, y esperamos repetir el próximo año

El precio de la media pensión para una persona que viaje sola en comparación con una pareja es desproporcionado. Parece que quieran ahuyentar a este tipo de clientela. También me parece abusivo y por qué no decirlo, "cutre", cobrar tres euros por una botella de agua de 1,5 litros cuando se tiene contratada la media pensión.

Montserrat López habitación 504.El personal maravilloso los 2 animadores son la caña el socorrista muy atento los camareros recepcionistas muy profesionales y las señoras de limpieza muy atentas y limpias por poner una pega las camas se notan mucho los muelles pero....el año que viene repetiremos
