“Visited this hotel with my partner, our 2 year old and my mum. It was fantastic. It's a 3 star because it's a bit dated and in need of some TLC, but the facilities for kids (highchairs everywhere), child friendly pool, close proximity to beach (gorgeous beach!) and very friendly staff really make it. The food is ok, can get boring after a bit but the restaurants nearby are very good (except the beach restaurant). The hotel is also very accessible, lots of ramps, lifts and automatic doors. They have a policy against reserving sun loungers which is nice, and you can borrow towels and umbrellas for the beach from reception if you don't want to pay for sun loungers (on the beach). Room was ok, we had asked to be put next to my mum but unfortunately she was put on another floor. We had a bathtub and shower which was good for the toddler, and she had a nice wide single with bed rails. Our bed sucked a bit, was quite hard and very noisy when we moved! Cleaners were great and sometimes set the teddies and toys out for our babies. Pool was pretty clean apart from some grout discolouration. There was a great culture of swim nappy use, and good hygiene rules around the pool (no food by sun loungers etc). It kept the place clean and kept bugs and pests away. They have lifeguards and also let you borrow pool noodles and bring your own inflatables to use in the pool. The supermarket opposite the hotel has a little gas gun you can use next to all their for sale inflatables. Saves your lungs! Mini disco and playground were good in the evening. Entertainment always finished between 10pm and 11pm, so noise wasn't too bad. I note that the pool doesn't open until 10am and lunch isn't until 1pm which can feel a bit late for the English. Lots of Spanish and Italian visitors. A real community feel when it comes to the little ones. My baby was hard work but we had a nice stay, I would recommend Menorca and I would recommend this hotel to families with small children!”

“Vou começar pelo único ponto menos positivo. Os quartos são pequenos para uma família de 4 mas para dormir serve e as almofadas precisam de ser trocadas porque já estão sem altura nenhuma. De resto o hotel é limpo, o quarto apesar de precisar de uma remodelação ele é funcional e bem limpo todos os dias. Muita variedade de comida a todas as refeições excepto nos snacks da tarde. Mesmo para quem não tem tudo incluído eu não achei caro 3€ por uma cerveja no hotel. Animação nocturna e Kids Club animam os adultos e crianças. Todo o staff to hotel é muito simpatico. O ponto mais alto é mesmo a localização, 5 minutos a pé de uma das melhores praias da ilha e existem supermercados e restaurantes perto para quem não tem tudo incluído. Numa area de 15 minutos de carro há muito para visitar. Já estou a planear regressar no próximo ano.”
