(Translated by Google) Beautiful place. The patio door leading to our balcony was very difficult to open. Nice pool. The dinner buffet was very average. Upon arrival, no one mentioned parking, so upon leaving we had to pay 20 euros to exit!”

(Translated by Google) The hotel boasts a very pleasant, quiet beachfront location with direct beach access, beautiful views from some rooms, a large outdoor pool, and a convenient location if you want to stay a little outside the center of Málaga while still being close to the airport. On paper, the place has real advantages. However, our stay, during the first weekend of May, at the very beginning of the season, was somewhat disappointing. The hotel is clearly undergoing a complete renovation, which wasn't clearly stated at the time of booking. The gym was closed, without us having been informed beforehand. We were on the seventh floor, and the room still bore obvious signs of the construction: dust on the walls, insufficient cleaning, to the point that clothes left on chairs a little too close to the wall came out completely white. This is really unpleasant in a hotel of this category. The bedding was a real problem for us; the mattresses are far too hard, but perhaps some guests will like that. One incomprehensible point: the parking! For three days, we parked in the hotel parking lot without realizing the barrier was broken. On the fourth day, when we were leaving, we discovered that parking wasn't free for hotel guests, but cost €20 per day. We were told that if we didn't want to pay, all the parking spaces around the hotel were free. This makes absolutely no sense. The hotel has a large, practically empty parking lot because it's a paid lot, while guests can park for free right around it. It's hard to understand the logic. The food is decent, but nothing exceptional. The breakfast is very generous and varied. In short, the location is very pleasant; the seaside and its stunning view are clearly its biggest draw! As for the rest, you get the picture.”
