“Nuestra estancia en el Gran Meliá Victoria fue muy breve, pero más que suficiente para llevarnos un recuerdo maravilloso y unas ganas enormes de volver. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos súper bien recibidos gracias a Isabel, Guest Experience Manager, que nos acogió con una amabilidad y una atención excepcionales. Sarah, su segunda, nos hizo sentir especialmente mimados durante nuestra estancia, cuidando cada detalle y consiguiendo que nos sintiéramos realmente especiales. La habitación era preciosa, con unas vistas espectaculares al puerto de Palma, que hicieron que la experiencia fuera todavía más especial. El hotel conserva un estilo clásico y elegante, con mucho encanto, y se nota que están llevando a cabo reformas que están aportando un aire renovado y todavía más sofisticado a sus instalaciones. Mención especial para Grand Café, tanto por la calidad de su comida como por el servicio excepcional.
