This exclusive workshop invites participants to master the art of making classic Spanish tapas, all in a relaxed, hands-on session. Afterwards, guests gather around a shared table to enjoy their delicious creations, paired with thoughtfully selected wines. Alternatively, guests can explore the vibrant Barrio de Las Letras on a guided tapas tour— a perfect way to savour the art of gastronomy in good company.

Guests are welcomed to an unforgettable experience that combines tradition with hands-on learning and the pleasure of enjoying delicious food in good company. Hosted by The Cooking Clubhouse, this exclusive workshop comprises two parts, starting with a practical session where participants prepare iconic Spanish tapas such as chistorra in cider, garlic prawns, and stuffed piquillo peppers. After 90 minutes of cooking, participants come together around the table to savour their creations, with an additional menu crafted by chefs. The meal is beautifully complemented by an exceptional wine pairing, featuring a selection of two whites, two reds, and a sparkling wine, curated to enhance every dish.

This workshop goes beyond a cooking class—it’s an invitation to celebrate great food, fine wine, and the joy of getting together. For those seeking a more dynamic experience, there’s the option of a bespoke tapas tour through the Barrio de Las Letras, uncovering hidden gems among the city’s finest restaurants and bars and highlighting the authentic flavours that shape Madrid’s culinary scene. The journey culminates with a private dinner in a historic 120-year-old winery, where guests can choose between a delicious main course of meat or fish, followed by a seasonal dessert, all paired with s curated selection of wines.
