“Great hotel, a bit off the beaten track.Its a 20 minute walk to the bus stop if you want to go into Estapona. Then about half an hour on the bus. Not ideal if you want a nearby town. Puerto Banus a bit nearer, about 15min on bus. Lots of football teams staying there! Food ok but not great for us English. No full English breakfast. Also hot food generally cool to cold, not hot. Ok if you are German or Spanish. All in all not a bad winter break.”

“12th-19th December 2025. Staff were excellent, My spanish always needs improvement but I spoke what I could and they were very welcoming. The hotel directors wern't afraid to pop by the hotel to see how things were on the hotel floor. They only have 1 pool open in the winter and it's not heated so it's absolutely freezing so for swimming pools, it's better in the summer. The hotel also has elevators for higher floors as well as vending machines, golf and gym. Laundy service is very expensive though however they do have a laundromat with a tumble dryer and washer available but only 1 of each, so in the summer it may be very problematic to access this option but if you can, it's much cheaper. Animals you can see on site include cats and various birds. you will need mosquito repellant as there are mosquitos that lurk here just like many other spanish destinations. Overall, I would come back again, I'm interested to see what the hotel is like in the summer but if you're looking for a quiet winter break, outstanding. 9/10 Do note though: The Hotel is in a nightmare area concerning public transport. There is a bus network which can get you places somewhat. There's no trains or flights and to book uber or bolt to nearby areas are expensive so if you plan on exploring nearby areas, Hiring your own car, despite being risky due to excess costs, would be advised.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful during our time here, especially the reception staff, Javi (the deputy manager) and Isabel (guest experience manager). The choice and quality of food was very good at both breakfast and dinner. Our room was spacious and the view from our balcony was beautiful. We were able to see Gibraltar in the distance. We all really enjoyed the New Year's Eve celebration. Staff went out of their way to make sure it was a fantastic evening.”

“Room was nice and clean and the food was great. Staff were really helpful and friendly only downside for us was there was nothing close by so you either have to bus or uber it to Estepona or Marbella which is £30-£40 return depending on times.”
