“Fabulous location on the waterfront. Excellent facilities, from restaurant, rooms, bar, pool, all excellent and clean. Check in quite prolonged and needs sorting with large queues at times. Online check in not available when we got there, so that would help a lot”

“We had a seafront room overlooking the pool and beach. We loved this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially in the restaurant and bar areas. Always smiling and cheerful. The hotel has cosy , relaxed feel and does not feel too busy even when full. Rooms are very comfortable with lovely big bathrooms. The location is very convenient for the old town and we loved listening to the sound of the sea. The Christmas Day gala meal was fabulous. You could have unlimited sea food including lobster, huge prawns and scallops etc, plus fillet steak and many other choices. It’s not a traditional English roast but we didn’t mind that at all. The staff were extremely cheerful on the day and kept the wine flowing. Thank you to all of them.”

Quiero agradecer sobre todo a Carolina y Fátima por el trato tan bonito y tan personal que tuvieron conmigo; Carolina me consiguió hasta Panettone sin gluten y me hizo sentir como en casa (ella es un sol) y Fátima siempre encantadora, en general el equipo fue chulisimo, pero me quedé con el nombre de los que todo el tiempo se preocupaban porque tuviera la mejor experiencia: Carolina, Fátima, Raúl y Yali. “Really nice hotel stayed for 7 Nights with front sea view is the best view you can get. Breakfast was nice loads of nice food to start the day of with. Would stay again maybe next year ill come back for just a few days.”

“Modernas instalaciones de concepto minimalista, completamente reformadas. Habitacion muy correcta, limpieza y presentación perfecta. Tamaño y balcón ok. Lo mejor el baño, moderno y con la pesión y temperatura del agua perfecta. Estuvimos a media pensión y el desayuno muy completo y abundante, pero la cena es cierto que bajó un poco el nivel, aunque los productos y los platos eran de buena calidad, a excepción de algún tipo de fruta, como los kiwis, que estaban un poco pasados, algo que ocurre con bastante frecuencia en casi todos los hoteles. La ubicación es en primera línea de la Playa de Levante y a 7-8 min andando del centro de la población, es decir muy recomendable para salir de fiesta e ir a la playa En definitiva una buena elección para pasar un buen finde. Me gustaría rebatir ciertos comentarios relativos a que solo hay un ascensor para las 8 plantas, cuando hay dos para el complejo y sobre el tamaño reducido de las habitaciones, que yo las vi correctas, tampoco eran suites y sobre todo la amplitud de los baños que es destacable.”
