Hotel Barcelona Condal Mar

“We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our experience. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is also a minibar available if you would like to purchase anything. The bathroom and shower are very nice, modern, and have plenty of space. If you need an iron, the staff can bring one directly to your room. The location is great, especially for a beach vacation. The sea is about a 20-minute walk away. There are several grocery stores within a 6–8 minute walk, as well as many restaurants nearby—from casual meat restaurants to more upscale restaurants with excellent food. A shopping mall is about 10 minutes away on foot, and the metro and bus stations are approximately 7–10 minutes away, depending on your walking speed. The area felt nice and lively in the evenings. Even around 11 p.m., there were still people outside and children playing, but overall it was pretty quiet. The hotel itself can be a little noisy because you can sometimes hear people in neighboring rooms, especially when they are taking a shower or talking loudly. However, by around midnight everything usually calmed down, and we were able to rest comfortably. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—it was amazing! There was a great selection of food, including prosciutto, blue cheese, good salami, plenty of sweets, different juices, sparkling water, coffee machines, and tea. I would recommend prepaying for breakfast for your entire stay because it works out cheaper and is definitely worth it. The hotel also has a pool and provides complimentary towels, which is very convenient. There is a rooftop bar (you can see Sagrada familia), another bar in the lobby, and a restaurant that stays open until around 11 p.m., so you can still get food later in the evening. They also have a sauna. If you would like to use it, just let the staff know in advance and they will prepare it for you. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The great location, comfortable rooms and beds, excellent breakfast, pool, bars, restaurant, and other amenities made this a great choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a relaxing beach vacation.”

“Great hotel although they have spent more attention to their reception area than the rooms. 20-30 mins from everywhere. The breakfast was alright not the best. The lifts take forever to come. Would definitely recommend for the price.”
