“Fran was amazing- at Melia Alicante- helping with organising taxis and dealing with our cases. Even going the extra mile to give us cold water to take out with us on a hot day! He always greeted us with a smile and was exceptionally friendly and welcoming”

“The location of the hotel is very good, being located right on the beach and close to public transport stations. I got a room that was quite large and spacious for two adults and two children. Being on the corner we benefited from a very large balcony that provides views of both the city, but especially of Stanta Barbara Castle and the beach. A great log from which to watch the sunrise. Although the minibar is rich, you only get 4 bottles of free water for the entire stay - normally they are offered every day. Breakfast is very little varied from day to day. Although I left the robe to be changed, this did not happen.”

“Spacious rooms and great location, with just a couple of minor downsides We had a great 6 nights stay here. The room was spacious with plenty of luggage space, immaculately clean, and featured a very comfortable bed. The highlight was definitely the nice balcony with a lovely port view. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes from the beach. The staff was friendly and provided great service. While the gym is sufficient, the swimming pool, though a decent size, was packed with kids all day. This is clearly a popular spot for family vacations! The only real downside was the Wi-Fi, which was incredibly slow. Overall, a lovely stay if you don't mind a lively, family-friendly atmosphere!”
