“Great place for business trips.”

“From the time that we arrived, we were treated very kindly. The front desk staff was so nice to my kid and even offered her a couple of fresh cookies from the kitchen. They made us feel special and like they enjoyed their jobs. The pool was nice and warm which was great because it was winter time. There are even fresh apples outside of the pool and gym area which was a nice surprise. I loved the room service option and the flexibility with meals being able to order from the bar when the restaurants were closed. You can never really go hungry no matter what time of day it is. They brought my kid a color book and bath kit which was nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was included. It was a great value and if we are in the area again we will definitely return. The only thing I would say that needs to be worked on is increasing the night staff. They only leave 1 person at the front desk to do everything. Our problem was resolved easily but we went downstairs in our pajamas which was a minor inconvenience because there was no help for her to answer the phone. Management you should get the night staff at least 1 additional staff member at in case there is a problem that someone needs to step away and go to the room to resolve or answer the front desk phone. This did not change my high opinion of the hotel, just a suggestion.”

“Magnífico hotel. Check in on line y 1 minuto en el mostrador. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo necesario. Habitaciones amplias, impecables y muy funcionales. El colchón y las almohadas están entre las más cómodas que recuerdo. Muchas amenities en el baño, que se reponen a diario. Área de trabajo, cafetera y hervidor de agua. Spa, hamman y baño turco bajo cita. Dispone de plazas de aparcamiento en el exterior y está en una zona en la que es fácil aparcar. La relación calidad precio es extraordinaria. Siempre que vuelva a Setúbal o alrededores elegiré este hotel.”

“Fui passar a noite do meu aniversário e adoramos. Prepararam o quarto de forma bastante romântica com pétalas e toalhas. O quarto era muito aconchegante e bem equipado com máquina de café e chaleira, bem como os utensílios para preparar café e chás. Na casa de banho estava equipado com produtos Rituals e com algumas ofertas para os hóspedes. O spa era bastante agradável com piscina interior, jacuzzi, sauna e banho turco. O pequeno almoço era bom mas podia ter mais opção de bebidas frescas e frutas. O hotel no geral era muito giro e adoramos. Certamente voltaremos.”

“Estuvimos de visita en Setubal y decidimos comer en su restaurante. Trato muy bueno, atento y súper amable (nos atendió Marta Rocha). La comida excelente, gran calidad y sabor buenísimo. Además adaptaron perfectamente la carta a nuestras restricciones por alergias. Sin duda, una de las mejores opciones para visitar Setubal y optaremos por alojarnos en la época de verano para visitar las maravillosas playas del Parque Natural de la Arrabida. Muy recomendable.”

“Все было супер, отель мне сняла фирма, так что по цене не могу сориентировать, но смотрел на букинге и цены достаточно высоки. Приехал поздно ночью, проблем с заселением не возникло, девочки на ресепшен были добрыми и все рассказали. Так как перелет был долгим и поесть толком я не мог, спросил , могли ли я еще перекусить у них, оказалось, что можно было в баре заказать хоть и была практически полночь. Номер был чистым и ухоженным, не много не хватает освещения, но это кому как. Завтрак был очень хорошим и разнообразным. Выселился я к 12 часам , а так как еще надо было ждать. То можно было оставить весь свой багаж у них в сейф локере. Расположение отеля тоже очень хорошее, можно сказать в центре города и через 5 минут, можно добраться до старой части. В общем мне очень понравилось пребывание, персонал очень хороший, готовят вкусно, супер!”
