“Estive hospedado neste hotel em Outubro 2026. Hotel 4 estrelas, no geral gostei da estadia no hotel . Aspectos positivos: hotel moderno e bem decorado, bons quartos, boa limpeza a nivel de quarto, bom pequeno almoço. Aspectos negativos: achei o colchão do quarto muito duro, e almofadas, n achei muito confortáveis. A nivel de Spa estava ok, mas nos 4 dias que estive hospedado a piscina interior estava num dos cantos cheia de areia no seu interior e nunca foi limpa , e o pavimento junto à piscina interior também não notei grande limpeza, cabelos no chão. Para um hotel deste género, penso que essa área devia estar muito melhor cuidada, além disso num dos dias nem sequer ligaram as luzes na piscina interior, e não tinha qualquer controlo de entrada e ver se estava tudo ok na área da piscina.”

Also when calling immediately the call was picked up by a friendly receptionist with very good English skills. Thank you Meliá team and I am happy if I can stay another time!”

“Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido muy agradable y, en general, hemos quedado muy satisfechos. Las instalaciones, la comodidad y la experiencia general han sido muy buenas. Como puntos a mejorar, destacaría principalmente el servicio del restaurante por las noches. La comida nos pareció exquisita, tanto por la calidad como por la elaboración de los platos. Sin embargo, en algunas ocasiones el servicio nos resultó algo lento. No obstante, nuestra impresión es que esto podría deberse a una falta de personal, ya que los camareros que estaban trabajando se esforzaban y mantenían un buen ritmo. El desayuno también nos pareció muy bueno, con productos de gran calidad y una oferta estupenda. Quizá el espacio destinado al desayuno resulta algo pequeño y, en determinados momentos de mayor afluencia, puede llegar a sentirse un poco agobiante. Aun así, la calidad del desayuno es realmente excelente. En cuanto a la limpieza, hubo dos días en los que regresamos al hotel por la tarde y la habitación todavía no estaba hecha. Entendemos que posiblemente se tratara de algún error puntual o de un despiste, ya que la limpieza se realizó posteriormente a lo largo de la tarde. En definitiva, hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia y consideramos que es un hotel muy recomendable.”

“La estancia y hotel son increíbles, habitaciones nuevas y cómodas, atención por el personal inmejorable a excepción de un punto que considero bastante importante que es el servicio de restaurante. No hemos tenido una noche donde no tardamos menos de 2 horas en cenar. Era un despropósito ver como numerosos clientes se quejaban y día tras día, se tardara tanto en servir los platos. Creo que es un aspecto muy importante a mejorar porque vimos muchas críticas por muchos clientes, eso sí la comida exquisita, inmejorable, pero entre plato y plato 40 min de espera.... Incluso cambiamos la hora de la cena a bajar mucho antes otros días y no mejoraba absolutamente nada. Por lo demás era un hotel de 10.”
