“From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely cared for. Even when there was an issue with our corporate payment, the front desk went above and beyond to help, eventually welcoming us into our room while everything was being resolved. They even surprised us with an upgrade to an incredible high-floor view, a complimentary drink, and a lovely spa bonus. Everyone was exceptionally kind, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the hospitality truly made our stay special. Whenever I am back in Lisbon, I would happily choose this hotel again. 💛”See more reviews

“A clean and cosy hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the 16th floor. The hotel is well maintained and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The only downsides were that the pillows were quite firm, and the breakfast could have offered a greater variety of options. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and a good experience.”See more reviews
