“We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is modern and stylish, very central on the edge of the old town, easy to get to and it has an underground car park. The double rooms are quite small but well and practically equipped. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We can recommend it.”

“Netter Aufenthalt bei freundlichem Personal und guten Zimmern. Zentrumsnah mit Tiefgarage, sonst wäre Parkplatzsuche schwierig gewesen. Essen im Restaurant gut und die Hotelbar war auch einladend.”

“Ficamos 3 noites, no início de março. Ótima localização. O atendimento dos colaboradores da recepção precisa ser mais simpático e com disponibilidade para dar dicas aos hóspedes (nota 3,0). O café da manhã é bem variado e preparam omeletes (delícia). Luis e Rodrigo, colaboradores do café da manhã (nota 5,0), são muito simpáticos e disponíveis para servir bem os hóspedes. Para um hotel dessa categoria faltou chinelo no quarto e amenidades no banheiro. Não gostei da toalha CINZA (padrão desse hotel), porque não transmite segurança de estar limpa ao usá-la. Tem academia!”

“Our stay here was mixed, but the first impression unfortunately set the tone. At check-in, there was confusion regarding our reservation, including an apparent duplicate booking. While we were ultimately not charged, the situation created unnecessary stress and could have been handled with far more warmth, communication, and understanding. The staff member assisting us was not rude, but the interaction felt cold and impersonal. The room itself was functional but quite small. The bedroom and bathroom both felt tight, and overall the space lacked comfort for anything beyond a short stay. The bed was fine, but nothing standout. The best feature of the room was the terrace, which was a nice touch and something you do not often get at many hotels. The location, however, is excellent — right in the center of Braga and ideal for exploring the city on foot. Overall, not a terrible stay, but service and room size left a lot to be desired. With a warmer approach and better handling of guest concerns, the experience could be much stronger.”
