“I absolutely loved the resort we stayed at in Mexico. It was beautifully decorated, with a thoughtful design specifically crafted to soothe your mind. From the ambient scent of the property to the calming color palette, everything felt serene. The resort was definitely on the quieter side, with no major party scene, which is exactly why we chose it. However, they did host a disco night every evening inside the bar near the main entrance, which got pretty packed on weekends. There were also plenty of fun activities to partake in during the day. Accessing the beach from the resort was incredibly convenient, with three different pathways to get there. The staff members were also remarkably friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the unlimited food and drinks, and while a few of the restaurants required advanced reservations, booking was effortless since it never felt overly crowded. Without a doubt, the spa area was one of the highlights of my trip. It features an exclusive hydrotherapy area to enjoy before or after your treatment, which is strictly reserved for guests with a spa appointment, making the experience feel incredibly private and relaxing. Lastly, the water park on the family side was a lot of fun to try out at least once, even if you generally prefer to avoid being surrounded by kids. As a first-time visitor, staying here was definitely worthwhile. We were incredibly spoiled and treated to a bottle of wine three separate times during our stay. In fact, we didn't even have time to open the third bottle, which the housekeeping team had thoughtfully left in our room for us. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Incredible — We Can't Wait to Return! We cannot say enough good things about Paradisus La Perla! From beginning to end, our stay was exceptional. The resort is beautiful, incredibly well-run, and the entire staff was friendly, energetic, and attentive. We stayed in The Reserve Master Suite Swim-Up, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was gorgeous, housekeeping was timely and thorough, and the nightly turndown service was such a nice touch. We truly couldn't have wanted for anything. Our concierge, Adrian, deserves special recognition. His hospitality and attention to detail were unmatched. We were celebrating our birthdays, and while we were out, he surprised us by decorating our room with balloons and leaving us a birthday cake. It was the perfect touch and made our celebration feel incredibly special. I have gluten and dairy allergies, and I was blown away by how seriously every restaurant handled them. From the hostess acknowledging my allergies when we arrived to servers who were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, I felt very well cared for. At one restaurant, they even sent someone to another restaurant to find me a gluten-free vegan dessert! At hibachi, they prepared our entire meal with gluten-free soy sauce and no dairy so I could enjoy the complete experience. Traveling with food allergies can be stressful, and their level of care made a huge difference. There was always something to do—activities, classes, live entertainment, great restaurants, the spa, pools and beach—but you could just as easily relax and do nothing. We booked our spa treatments in advance, and everything was coordinated perfectly. This resort runs like an extremely efficient operation. One of the absolute highlights was the Destination Inclusive cenote experience included with The Reserve. It was truly once-in-a-lifetime. We started with yoga and an energy-clearing ceremony with a Mayan shaman before entering the cenote. It was peaceful, meaningful and a beautiful representation of Mexican and Mayan history, culture and ritual. This experience alone made The Reserve upgrade incredibly special to us. We came to Paradisus La Perla to celebrate important milestones and left with memories we'll treasure forever. The Reserve was absolutely worth it, and we would choose it again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Adrian, and the entire Paradisus La Perla team. ❤️🌴 We weren't ready to leave, and we already can't wait to come back!”

“This is the third time we stayed here. The staff is fantastic! Isabelle from The main pool worked so hard in taking care of us! Food, drinks were amazing. Victor in the reserve pool always made sure we were set up. Our concierge , Antonio made us all the reservations for the week. The wine tasting with Gabriel was excellent. We learned all about Mexican wines. It is a great resort with lots of activities and great food! This is a resort that I feel like the staff become family! We will Be back!”See more reviews
