Overall it was good but there is room for improvement. Mainly in welcoming guests. We came to celebrate an engagement in a room with a frontal view of the sea. When we arrived at 14:40 the room was still not ready and we were sent to eat in a lunch restaurant (the food was not tasty and the service was slow and confused). We went back into the room but after a long walk in the heat we discovered that the room was not ready and they are fixing the air conditioner and also the room was on the 1st floor without a full view of the sea. In addition, we did not receive any in-depth explanation about the hotel, we were not escorted to the important places and were not honored with drinks as they do in most hotels for adults, 5 stars. After a lot of frustration and nerves, Maria, the manager, moved us to a room and upgraded our stay, which we greatly appreciated. But it's a shame that's how it started. During the stay we had a great time... the sea is very beautiful, the pool and the pool beds are very comfortable, good and tasty drinks. The food is mostly delicious, but there are also some unsuccessful dishes. For the restaurants, we were told at the reception that you don't need to make a reservation when we asked, but when we went to the Japanese restaurant they asked if we had made a reservation, so it's worth checking it out. The room is beautiful but the couches are stained which greatly detracts from the quality and luxury of the place. Service so so... mostly nice but sometimes not professional.

Enjoyed our stay overall with very minor hiccups. The staff were very pleasant and hospitable! The resort is very very beautiful, decor provides many photo opp moments lol, and very clean. Do not forget to hang your DND tag or lock the door inside, knocking all day for services or just checking on you. It’s very sweet but after a day or 2 gets aggressively bothersome. Activities are very limited and aren’t very “adult only” themed. You will be asked numerous times about scheduling activities, ultimately because I think they know there aren’t many on resort. Multiple pool or beach activities that were listed didn’t occur, I assume because of the lack of people in attendance. The resort seems to be geared to the “Reserved” guests mostly, but being reserved didn’t seem necessary even with observing. Everything is sooo quiet and relaxing, definitely not for celebration or turn up if that’s what you’re looking for. Unless you’re going off resort, everyone is in their rooms probably by 11pm. Ice cream shop and espresso shop on resort are a bonus. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, wish it was opened on Mondays, which was our last night because I could’ve ate there again! The steak house Sal is an additional charge (not included) but if you’re a reserved guest you eat there 1-night included. I suggest viewing the menu and prices before bothering. You have to make a reservation but supposedly they’ll fill up even though the resort is almost vacant. Do not forget your sunscreen, hats, or sunglasses because it is hot 🥵 out there!! If you’re going off resort, I recommend Uber because it of course is cheaper and I believe they sit outside of resorts for quicker service. The resort’s app is helpful with viewing the restaurant hours of operation and daily activities, so you don’t waste your time. And can order room service from it also, the burger was good! I highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing, meditative vacation.

We were at Paradisus for a week during the first week of August 2024. The look of the hotel and ambiance itself was great. However, the food wasn't all that good and there weren't many selections. Breakfast is the only buffet style meal offered. The room service was really good. One night for dinner we were going to the Mexican restaurant on property about 7pm and was told it was closed for that day without notice or explanation so that was very poor planning by management. The onsite late night ice cream and coffee shop was cool. Besides the food, the time spent waiting for a meal every day and night was ridiculous. It seems they don't have enough staff on certain days and waiting 45-50 minutes for your meal every day was so very disappointing. Beach and property bartenders were awesome. The bar on the beach was good as well. For this location to be a luxury resort you would think it would be more than one person working the front desk for new arrivals. We were a party of 22 persons and it took 20 minutes to check in each couple. That was insane. Rather being ripped off by taxi fees you can catch the bus into town for $2 each way with no hassle. We are annual tourist of Cabo Mexico and have stayed at many resorts but we definitely will not revisit Paradisus again.

1-Hotel location is great and 20 minutes from San Juan and 20 minutes from San Lucas which makes it a center location. 2- Food is decent and possibly the average and similar to Cancun. Limited options though. Loved the ice cream shop! 3- Room! Definitely didn’t meet expectations, I have included pictures for the AC water leaking and this after they tried to fool me for a downgraded room but I paid for ocean front and I had to wait for 4 hours until I get a room that is oceanfront not ocean view but leaking😬. 4- Staff and service are great they tried to always help with smile. I would rated as 4 star and would definitely recommend you to get what you paid for!

What a great resort! The service was spectacular from the moment you arrive. Miguel, Victor, Javie, Nector , Omar, Victoria , Francesco .. the list goes on and on. The rooms were beautiful. Spotless, the food was great! Bar area, music, gym, spa…the pool was relaxing and if you wanted to upgrade to the Reseve it is worth it. Private pool and lounge area. The bar is really stocked with premium liquor. We have been going to Cabo for 10 years. We will be back for sure!!

Good service, clean facility, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Food was decent not bad for a big resort. We upgraded to the reserve and we had access to a higher end liquor bar and restaurant. With that upgrade we had a personal butler that would facilitate any needs we had. Pool was same temp as outside temp, not so refreshing, but you have access to a small swim area in the ocean. Overall great experience

The service was excellent! Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and kind. Max and Guadalupe are both excellent people and employees who went out of their way to make sure we always had what we needed. I felt safe and loved my vacation time. I will definitely be going back!

Full disclosure that this review is from the perspective of staying in the Reserve category at Paradisus Los Cabos. This resort is fabulous for relaxation, gourmet cuisine, modern natural esthetic, couples and wellness activities. If you want a non- stop party vibe, I wouldn’t recommend this property. We stayed here in late August 2024 and half of the rooms were closed for the season which reduced the capacity of the hotel. This served us well as the resort didn’t feel overcrowded. The food was far better than any typicalall inclusive - Sante is the Reserve only restaurant and all three meal services are spectacular. Beautiful plating, variety, fresh ingredients and friendly service. If you want more food options, pool spaces and the best cabanas, I highly recommend upgrading to the Reserve. You also get priority to book at the other restaurants on property with your dedicated concierge. The additional amenities with the Reserve are worth it. Tokimeku was a stand out as well as the lunches at Agua Marina. This is a gorgeous mid-size property. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to visit another Paradisus property in the future.

A group of us travelled here for my cousins 30th birthday in February of 2024. I shared a room with my sister and we booked the swim up bar. The king bed was very comfortable and spacious. The property did a great job at booking us next to each other and it made it more convenient. I really enjoyed their breakfast selection. The meats often alternated and the juices were fresh and my favorite part. For an all inclusive, I do think the food was pretty good —at the restaurants at least. However, the tacos and wings for room service were horrible. I enjoyed their octopus on a few occasions along with the tacos at the main bar. The drinks were good and the vibes were always great. The only thing that I feel that this property was lacking was night life.

Andres is the most hard working guy around the pool area… I see many others but no one works hard to please and go beyond the call of duty!! You have my stay the very best understanding my disability has been a true blessing for me. Thank you as I travel alone yet feel so belonging with Andres! Thank you I wish you well son!

The service and the friendliness of the staff make this place really standout. I cannot say enough good things about the service. The food is substantially superior to the Punta Cana Falcon. But if you are looking for great pools and excellent service again this place beats Falcon. Don't get me wrong, there are some awesome staff at Falcon but here literally everyone is great. The rooms are a bit dated. But if you are looking for a room get the swimup with ocean view. See my photos of the staff on Google Maps

Our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we were treated to an unforgettable experience of luxury and relaxation. The resort's facilities are breathtaking, perfectly blending with the natural beauty of Los Cabos. The staff, especially Roberto our concierge, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, always with a warm smile and genuine care. The security in and around the facility was outstanding, making us feel completely safe throughout our stay. The dining options were delicious, catering to all tastes. Whether lounging by the clear blue pools, enjoying the private beach, or just relaxing in our swim-up suite, there was never a dull moment. What truly sets Paradisus Los Cabos apart is their commitment to excellence and attention to individual guests. It's clear that they continuously strive to improve and perfect their already impressive offerings. Our stay was flawless, creating memories that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for a slice of paradise in Los Cabos, look no further. We can't wait to return!
