Paradisus Los Cabos - Adults Only

Finishing up my last full day here at Paradisus Los Cabos and the experience has been nothing short of stellar. We are staying in the Reserve so our stay began with being introduced to Diego, our private butler. He took care of every little detail for us, even going so far as picking up some things for us in town on his own time. What an absolute gentleman. Carlos, who runs the cabanas, has also been extremely helpful. Every day he ensured we got a cabana in our preferred location and would check in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Every time I look up he’s running around with a big smile on his face and is so friendly to all the guests. I don’t know how he has the energy, the man is like the energizer bunny! Max and Jasmine were excellent and super attentive on the day we were down in one of the beach cabanas. On the pool deck we were waited on by Alexx, Gabriel, and Angel on various days. They were all excellent to work with and were very good at matching our energy. One day we were letting a little loose and they kept the drinks flowing. Another day we just wanted to chill and they checked in on us at the perfect intervals. The only poor experience we had while we were here was one evening at the Mexican restaurant, Cielo. I won’t get into the details but I think (or at least I hope) that our server was just having an off night because his behavior was frankly bizarre. I spoke with the GM of the restaurant, Angel, about it and he was very apologetic and really wanted to make it right, which I appreciated. It wasn’t bad enough to warrant removing a star from any of the categories, we’re all human and have bad days sometimes. I just hope he won’t treat any other guests that way in the future. There are a lot of really beautiful properties in Mexico, but at the end of the day it’s the people that make the experience memorable. It’s obvious that at Paradisus Los Cabos the people are genuinely kind and caring individuals. Thanks again to Diego, Carlos, Max, Jasmine, Alexx, Gabriel, Angel, and to everyone else who worked with us to make this vacation memorable. We truly appreciate it!

My husband and I were here for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were greeted with drinks and exceptional service by everyone. We never want to leave! Our poolside server Alex has been amazing and always attentive with good drinks and good conversation. Alan always brings the vibes in every hotel-led activity. Everyone always enjoys his bright personality and games. Servando was great in helping us find comfy cabanas while poolside. Vanessa is always a bright and friendly face when we start our day at the breakfast buffet. Jesús and Ramón were both amazing and knowledgeable on our wine tasting. We had a great time and they even taught my husband how to pop a bottle of champagne with a sword!
