Going one step further, we bring the destination to you with a carefully curated range of activities inside and outside the hotel that will allow our guests to immerse themselves in all that makes it unique. Our Destination Inclusive® experience is available to guests at no extra cost: workshops with local artisans, private cooking classes with a chef, personalised yoga classes by a crystal clear cenote, and much more. All of this, embraced by our luxurious All Inclusive.

The Destination Inclusive® experience is designed for individual reservations only and is not applicable for groups. Additional terms may apply and will be communicated upon arrival at the hotel. Contact your Destination Concierge to coordinate the excursion. Subject to change and availability.

Exclusive activity for The Reserve and Family Concierge guests consisting of a boat ride through the lagoon and mangroves.
A trip through the Nichupté lagoon and its beautiful natural mangrove canals will allow you to learn about the great diversity of this unique ecosystem. An authentic natural treasure in the heart of Cancun.
Contemplate one of the most beautiful sunsets from the boat, against the backdrop of this wonderful natural landscape.
The meeting point is at the hotel lobby 30 minutes before departure time. An Aquaworld representative will walk you to the marina, located in front of the hotel.
Activity available on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. (Departure time depends on the season according to sunset time).
Guests should wear comfortable clothing and biodegradable mosquito repellent.
A welcome cocktail (non-alcoholic) will be served and there will be a national premium open bar (tequila, vodka, whiskey, draft beer and mixers), with entertainment and good music.
The experience lasts approximately 2 hours, including transfers.
You can make your reservation through the assigned Destination Concierge.
Maximum number of participants: 120 people per trip, no minimum number of participants. The boat size may be adjusted to fit the size of the group.
The activity may be subject to change of date, depending on weather conditions.
