“We had an absolutely brilliant stay and honestly couldn't think of a single thing that could be improved. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. A special mention goes to the Spanish lady from the Experience Team, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She took the time to recommend so many great places and activities, which really enhanced our holiday experience. She made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. When we accidentally lost our room card, the team replaced it immediately with no hassle at all. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The room was amazing—spacious, beautifully decorated, and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice, and the breakfast staff provided excellent service every morning. Everything about our stay was amazing. The outstanding customer service made all the difference, and we felt valued and well looked after throughout. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”See more reviews

“The staff was amazing!! Sahan was so attentive, kind, efficient, fun, and anticipated our needs. We had high expectations and Sahan exceeded our highest expectations!! We ran into multiple transportation issues and Sahan saved the day, helped get our large group to our destinations on time and safely. He was like Superman saving our day, making us feel safe with answers to questions or concern about destinations and with recommendations to great places to see and visit while in Malta!! “I stayed at this hotel about one month ago, and I still remember the excellent service I received. I would especially like to thank a housekeeper named Rup for his exceptional kindness and helpfulness. On the day of my departure, I had an early flight and needed to check out quickly. I was unsure of the way to the reception, so I asked Rup for assistance. Without any hesitation, he immediately came to help me, carried my luggage, and guided me to the hotel reception. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference during a stressful moment. Thanks to his quick assistance, everything went smoothly and I was able to continue my journey without any problems. Even after a month, I still remember this act of kindness. Employees like Rup are a great asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you for making my stay a memorable experience.”See more reviews
